Kroger's bakery department makes the best cakes ever and rotisserie chicken salad. They have a wide array of bakery items that are baked golden brown to perfection. I am a forever customer of Kroger's bakery and will only go to them for all birthday and cheese cakes. If you're reading this review, I highly recommend that you get your fresh baked items there and try their rotisserie chicken salad. Delicious?

Just stopped by Kroger to order a Birthday cake for my son. waited 20 minutes at the counter with no one ahead of me...was finally asked if I had been helped from a lady doing something on the side, while the other had acknowledged me but continued to cut meat with her back turned to me for 15 minutes. and was told sorry we can't do a cake because our decorator is on vacation. I understand staffing problems right now as I am in retail myself and wouldn't have had a problem with this except for the fact that I waited for 20 minutes to be told this!!

We got peaches at the Elkins Kroger’s in West Virginia. They were literally nasty. My mom has gotten them and had thrown her receipt away in the garbage and had taken it to the trash. Then we tried to eat them not realizing they were so nasty. I took the rest of them back plus the one that was cut up. But they would not refund our money without a receipt. Do you want more peaches??? Really people??? Why would I want more of the same nasty product I just received. They tasted like they were frozen and

Let me start this off by saying that I shop at your store in Elkins , WV weekly... tonight for supper I decided to make spaghetti, with meatball. I ALWAYS use Kroger brand tomato condensed soup for my sauce and add my own flavoring and so forth... I make my noodles, drain them, make my meatballs, then I go to grab my sauce... and I open it and there's MAGGOTS in the can, all over the inside of the can , the lid etc.. I proceed to open another can and see if it's the same and
Rude store associates! Management could be a bit friendlier! Store policy is always changing or so they claim!

They need to hire people that care about having a job, no they hire all these young people that just want a pay check and could care less about the customer or customer service or they just don't have a clue and that's the norm any were such a shame. I can't even get a job there but when I'm in there I help more customers out then the employees do Whether it's getting something off a shelf or showing them were something might be.
