Waited an hour for three pizzas. Watched over 10 people leave with their orders then was told that they didn’t even receive my order when it was PAID FOR AND ORDERED IN THE STORE. When I finally received my pizzas the order wasn’t even correct. They just tossed pizzas at me hoping it would fix the issue. Absolutely horrible customer service, do not stop

After working ALL day I placed an order at 4:20 pm for pick up at 530 pm. I walked in a few minutes after 530 and they hadn't even started my order. Me and several other people sat waiting for our pizzas for 40+ plus minutes. I would have canceled my order however I had already paid for it and the employees didn't come out but for a few seconds. Then when my pizzas came out the employee couldn't read. My name is TINA ( not rocket science) and he pronounced it all wrong. He came out and called Tima, Tifa, Tim. ?

I dont know what happen but when they were at kamart their pizza and other items were not bad. Now their pizza usually has to much sauce and most of the time not even cut pizza dont even taste like pizza and seems like sometimes they make it seems like your bothering them for ordering. And sometimes you wait over 40 mins for an order

Pizza and cheese sticks weren’t cut. Pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni instead got literally 8-10 pepperonis in total, that’s not an extra pepperoni pizza. Overall nice employees

I have gone in here everyday since they have opened and today was definitely not like any other time. I went in and over a misunderstanding which could have easily been looked at over the receipt instead turned into a verbal argument in which a taller guy working had spoken very unprofessional and was screaming at me, yet expected me to not be upset. I will not be back to this establishment and I'm filing a formal report, as this was very unprofessional and could have easily been resolved instead of screaming at a customer.
