Makes the second time I’ve went through to get my breakfast asked for a large with an extra biscuit now I know they do this because I’ve gotten many time before. But this is ridiculous when I’m paying extra for biscuits and I’m not getting it and of course I can’t leave work to go get another one please watch what you’re doing and when they ask for extra and they’re paying for it, put it in there you may hit your job or not like it but no one likes your job but they deal with it.

Our curbside was ready when we pulled up. That never ever happens at the McDonald's anywhere near Las Vegas so we were pretty happy about that. Plus the food was good.

I have eaten at McDonald’s on four continents, even in countries where I had to point because I didn’t speak their language.
I have never had to wait as long as I waited here for a quarter pounder. It was okay when I got it but fries were cold.
Soda is flat too but I’m not saying anything. I want to get home today, and there’s no telling how long it’ll take them to fix the soda fountain.
On a positive note the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

This is one of the better McDonalds locations for sure. I am in the Elkins area about 6 times a year. Charlotte always happens to be there when I stop by and makes my day better. She is always on top of keeping the restaurant clean - I rarely see a crumb. She also always checks on me, whether to ask if I’ve been served yet or to see if I’m comfortable. Charlotte is very kind and provides top-notch customer service. It’s rare to see workers of her quality anymore.
recently they’ve just became more and more rude. walked in one day because they got my order wrong, there were multiple people in there because they kept getting everyone’s orders wrong. and while i was waiting you could very clearly hear the manager screaming at everyone telling them to and i quote “get their shit together” service is absolutely awful. don’t hire people who don’t understand basic service.

I stopped by for a quick lunch on my way to an meeting. I was almost late because they were SO SLOW! They didn't have the fries ready & I waited 15 minutes for my food. There was a huge line. This was 1:38 pm on a Saturday...this should not have happened.

Staff working September 12, 2025 around 9:30-10 pm seemed friendly but gave a basket of fries with what seemed like a medium fry amount. No sauces but employee claimed there were some in there. Sandwiches slopped together and greasy on the buns. Didn't get my money's worth.
