Service was nice. Been years since I've been to Papa John's, but reminded why I don't go. The small pepperoni was expensive, sauce kinda sour and I think I tasted onion and I hate onions. Crust just meh. Hard to get a decent pizza these days. For me, this just wasn't it.

A great place to stop and get a pizza, if you're going through Elkins and hungry! Tons of options, 2 liter sodas always stocked, friendly employees, beautiful park right across the street.. what more could ya ask for ?

There was a mixup in the time my order was to be delivered to my workplace... my fault. I thought I was placing an order for 11:30 the next morning but turns out it popped up on the restaurant's computer as "deliver now" .... but it was 10pm and obviously no one was there. Long story short, I felt terrible and wanted to somehow make it right. But no, the good people at the Elkins papa John's assured me not to worry, put the pizza in a nearby "blessing box" where hungry people can enjoy it, and promised to remake my order and deliver it again in the morning. They wouldn't take any more money and were as nice as could be. Kudos to the delivery person, manager and owner for outstanding customer service. I goofed but they just kindly took care of it. Impressive! I am definitely a loyal customer!!
