Check your reciept. Items were added to my ticket that were not ordered. Also promotions that were offered, were not included on the check even after inquiry. The additional items were removed after they were brought to the managers attention.

The tables were filthy and sticky, even after a second cleaning it didn't change. The salad bar was mediocre and the wings were very small and overcooked.

The staff at this particular Pizza Hut is fantastic! Excellent customer service. And the pizza is pretty good, especially with the pepper flakes. The dining area however, was not clean, and that grossed me out a good bit. Seems like the whole dining area needs a good deep cleaning. Love the big windows though.

This place was going downhill in past couple years. We have/had tradition to eat there before going to movies. Today was the worst - entering the smell of the place was horrible, like old, wet, sweated, abandoned place. The table was very sticky - I don't care if it's laminate - it shouldn't be like this, we saw smudges. Thin crust pizza was literally so dry like cardboard. Very thin on the cheese and sauce - I assume to ask for double cheese and sauce in order to charge customers more. The melt was double cardboard with weird leaking oil from it. Last point - they had free Wi-Fi - not anymore, people! - waitress said "they got rid of it, and we don't even know the password"... (eye roll from me, come on) Yeah, not going there anymore.

Just like any other restaurant I think it really depends on who is working. They have some great employees that are friendly and make excellent food and then some that are just there for the money.
