Had No Trespassing signs on porch & door. Looks like they are preparing to open soon.

I have called this place twice in two weeks. I wanted to rent a room for my daughters 1st birthday. I called the first week on Friday to be told someone would call me back. No one called back. So I called yet again on The next Friday. You guessed it no return call. Here we are again the next Friday and I haven’t been provided with any information. If they cannot return a call how do they wait on costumers sufficiently?! Will not waste my money here. I am sure plently of places will like my business.

Raw chicken, instant potatoes, canned green beans, over cooked ham, watery salad, dessert was from Walmarts...hard cake, mushy pie. You couldn't pay me to eat there again.

We both had the steak salads with balsamic dressing and we ate every bite!! Then it was time for ice cream!!!! We each had two scoops.... common brown sugar and coffee for me, blackberry for him! Amazing!! Service was excellent as well, Fast and friendly. Great value for the cost too!! Will eat here again if we are ever in town! Thanks to our hotel for the suggestion.

Where do I start?!?! I understand that with the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic that things all over the US are different and restaurants are having to change the way things are done, but this was beyond a horrible experience. Myself and my fiance were on a little weekend getaway and where passing through the area when we decided to stop and have lunch somewhere. Mind you we are from Northern Ohio (Canton to be exact) and have never visited Elkins before but

Our bluegrass band Crandall Creek at there on 6/6/20. The owner Valerie Braden cooked on an outside grill. The food was INCREDIBLE!!! Everything from fish, burgers, chicken Alfredo, it was all just spectacular. The staff was very friendly as well. With the social distance standards in place it was all done very well. You simply must try this place!!! Excellent!

Decided to try the buffet after polar Express. Staff are super nice and friendly, decorations and atmosphere are top notch. Food is awful. I highly recommend going just about anywhere else, it looked like it was poured out of a can. Out of all the families on the train ride only 3 showed up and I am guessing they were warned. If owners are reading this, a pizza buffet after would have been even better or just hotdogs and hamburgers. Truly disappointed BUT did not spoil the day.

We decided to get tickets to this after riding the Polar Express, which totaled about $55. This is extremely over priced. They try, they really try. They offer multiple coloring sheets for the kids and have the Polar Express movie playing. But, the food is awful. The meats were lukewarm. The bread was cold. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were horrible in taste. Do not get the pumpkin pie for dessert. It didn’t taste well and the serving size was super tiny. For this amount of money I would have had a much better meal at any chain restaurant.
