The server was really slow in getting back to us! I think she was taking care of too many tables at once. A bus of people came in but they were all part of a buffet.

Food was excellent definitely would recommend one of their burgers. The service was a little lacking. The only issue was the dessert menu was dated and 3 of the dessert we asked for were not available.

Love this place! Just happened to find it when we were driving to camp. The service was excellent. The barbecue is great the best part was that they let us have our dog out on the patio because we were traveling. Also a great place to watch sports especially West Virginia

I was very disappointed with my experience this evening. After ordering dinner, we had to wait an hour before our food was ready, and when it arrived it was barely warm. We were definitely a forgotten table. We were a table of 5 with three separate checks, and gratuity was automatically added to the table of “6.” We didn’t bring it up to the waitress, because after sitting there for almost two hours, we were more than ready to leave.

Excellent experience at Smoke on the Water. While the weather was warm, we still sat on the patio and it was quite pleasant. Service was quick and efficient. My wife loved her Brisket sandwich, and she is a BBQ snob from Kansas City. The Smoked Meatloaf sandwich was everything I was hoping it would be. At first I thought the tater tots we got were fried in old oil as their color was off. But it turned out that there was a seasoning on them that caused the color variant and they were delicious!

Been there twice. Both times wated 30 minutes for service. Last visit was actually seated next to a member of management, they couldn't cared less. Will not be going back!

Had the special rodeo burger, was amazing.
My kids had their ribs and they were amazing as well.

Real nice. We had our dog with us and we sat on the outdoor patio. They got him some water and were very wmsweet with him. Brisket was a little dry but other meals were great.

Not a good experience. Long wait for service, drinks, apps and food. It was not crowded and plenty of wait staff present. We ordered the Burnt Ends appetizer. After a 35 minute wait, it arrived at the table. I’ve had plenty of Burnt Ends, this was not it. We got a plate of cubed pork chunks swimming in barbecue sauce. No char. We were provided an assortment of sauces to use but I guess the chef felt we only needed the one pre applied. My guess is someone was trying to disguise something.
I had the Shrimp and Grits. Yes, I’ve had plenty of that dish before. This version was a miss for me. Served lukewarm and the flavor was off. My fault for ordering it.
The saving grace was the brisket my wife ordered. It was very good and fortunately there was plenty left for me to eat as I was unable to eat my dish.
The margarita was good. I would have purchased another if I’d been tended to properly.
I see all the great reviews so I’ll just chalk it up as unintentional error.
