I’m giving 3 start because of how I was disrespected not because the food is bad unfortunately I didn’t get any. Nowhere outside the building nor inside it says that their lobby closes at 10pm. I walked in at 10:18pm and all doors were unlocked, it wasn’t until a younger girl started giving me the dirty eye and the man proceeded to yell at me WE ARE CLOSED OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED YOU CANT ORDER HERE this happened yesterday night

placed a mobile order for drive thru at 9pm, showed up 10 minutes after placing order. girl at the speaker ignored me first time around when i said i had a pickup order and i had to repeat myself. once we got to the window i waited two minutes for our drinks and then another 10 minutes for my food. my fiesta potatoes were stale and i added 3 cheese blend but there was onions in my cheese. my grilled cheese burrito had dry chicken in it and almost no rice. i understand it was late at night but this is the worse drive thru experience i’ve had in my life. i’ve worked fast food/service for three years and wouldn’t wish this location’s service upon my worst enemy.

The manager ( Colby ) was great. The service and the food was both excellent, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was phenomenal.

I ordered the new spicy potato taco....they gave me a soft taco and a spicy potato bowl...the potatoes looked and tasted as of they had been sitting there all day since that morning. Completely inedible! There's always something wrong with the order.

Couldn’t give me my mild I asked for, and then had another boy hand me my food after laughing at me through the drive thru. Not a good experience and people should learn to be more professional.
