if there was a negative star, it would be -5 for sure ordered a potato with butter, salt, and pepper received it very cold potato asked for a refund. They told me they could not give me a refund. There was no manager on duty. They don’t have managers on duty in the evenings anymore and they didn’t have any more potatoes so I needed to come back tomorrow. I said well do you have any more potatoes in the store? They said yes I said What could you heat one up please and then the guy proceeded to come out with a glove on his left hand, no glove on his right hand and threw my potato angrily in the microwave, I sat for a bit trying to get someone’s attention and could not cause I didn’t want the potato any longer so I left. previously a week before I ordered a plain potato with butter, salt and pepper on the side also and got a potato with the middle smooshed down and cheese dumped all over it.. and it seems like they’re still taking an order waiting for the car to pull up taking the money giving the food out and then taking the order at the speaker service is ridiculously slow and there’s more than enough people in there to run it correctly🤦🏻♀️

I usually don’t complain but it’s every single time with this restaurant, either a food item is wrong or I’m missing items every single time

The Wendy’s in Elkins is seriously disappointing. The service is slow and the staff often seems uninterested or rude. Orders frequently come out wrong or cold, and it feels like they don’t care about quality. The restaurant itself isn’t very clean, which makes the whole experience unpleasant. I came in with my family for an evening dinner only for it to just be extremely dirty.

This place is really bad these days. I ordered food around 9:30pm and they made me park over in mobile spot. It took them till 10:15pm to bring out my food. This place has got worse this year. My food was cold. Will not be back there till they get better employees that knows how to cook hot food and not give the drive threw people cold food. Your food should never be cold.
