The guy at the register, who took our order, was rude. He even said he wanted to go home to everyone. Cashier even picked his nose while waiting on another customer. Order placed and it took almost 15 minutes to receive. People were walking out to go other places to eat. Wrong food received. Finally get correct food - fries were ice cold, and sweet tea was unsweetened. Had to ask for the sauces which were forgotten and they were thrown into the bag. Never again! (Employees do NOT wear name badges)

Went for breakfast. Not open inside. Just drive thru. No where does it say drive thru only. Just lost a dedicated customers business.

The employees are friendly, though the food handling practices leave something to be desired. If you touch my fries with your bare hands, I'm throwing them away. If the fries land on the counter, don't throw them in the bag or scoop them up with your hands back in their container. Other than issues with fries, it's a quick decent stop for food.

The fries are always so yucky, like they don't change the grease. Some of the employees don't know what is going on with the deals. Like the key chain.

This Wendy's has drastically gone down hill. Couldn't get some items, food was cold. Needed creamer for coffee and had to wait 5 minutes at the counter. I love Wendy's, please change management or I guess I'll just have to only stop at Wendy's when I'm not in Elkins.

Drink machine accessible to the customers was it empty of all but two items, wasn't paying attention to the counter so getting refills from them took forever, out of sweet tea hours before closing ...

Came for the new krabby patty meal and was not very impressed by the service. I’d say one thing and he would respond with is that all? I know that’s a part of there job but he saying it after everything, a simple “anything else” would’ve worked. They also forgot our ranch and the spoon for my pineapple frosty which had all the flavoring at the bottom of the cup. Was not like they depicted in the ad, place is mediocre at best.

Pretty much they don't care about the place.The food was mediocre at best, When you ask for lettuce and tomato and they give you a small piece of lettuce in a small That you can eat one bite that's pathetin general I think all fast food restaurants drive through and walk ins Are lacking in preparations of the food Whether it be corporate telling them to cut back on portions or what but was not Impressed to say the least!!!! I'd much rather stop at a moment.Pop place than a fast food just saying.

The store in Elkins. Employees there cannot add and subtract. The hospitality there sucks. Seven times I have messed up my order and not bring me back the right money. I recommend people to go to another place because Wendy's is not up to par at all.
