The Elkview BobEvans has gotten awful. The last four times I have been there the service was half assed and the food wasn't good at all. Today the pot roast over mashed potatoes is suppose to have cooked onions in it and they threw some raw onions on top (as they have done the last 2 times also). The garlic bread came out after I was finished eating (after reminding the waitress twice). The 2nd person had bacon with their meal. It was almost raw and total fat. I asked them to actually cook the bacon please and it came back hotter but still floppy with raw fat. The only thing good was the tea. Too sweet but I added water and it was delicious. Don't know what has happened there or if they just have a bad batch of cooks but being limited in Elkview as to where to eat, I guess I'll start going to ponderosa.

Food good, but very cold inside and they said they weren't able to change temperature! Ridiculous! It was 30° outside and maybe 60° inside!

Ate here a couple nights ago...the serivce was good and my chicken/pecan/cranberry salad was delicious!! Went to the "new" Ponderosa...it was unorganized and messy. Left and went back to Bob Evans for good service and food. Oh, and the manager walked around and asked people if everything was to their liking. Nice.
