Staff started getting loud with a manager, so the manager told staff he was acting like a 2 year old. And staff walked out. They're having this whole argument while actively messing up our order bc of the commotion. They finally got us everything but my kids don't need to see all that.

Fries were visibly undercooked and served anyway. Coffee tasted like it was sitting awhile and not very hot. Women's restroom toilet was not clean. Servers nice but manager needs to look at quality control on food and cleanliness.

Similar to another BK near this one, nothing you ever tell them will get your order put down correctly, they will hand you anything but a burger if you ask for one. Do NOT bother
Its just a reality that most burger kings are ran poorly last few years and food just isnt that great. I keep giving them another chance because this was my favorite fast food growing up but if your in Pennsylvania it is more then likely going to be bad from my experience.

The new "PHILLY BURGER" was amazing and the "FIERY CHICKEN SANDWICH" was delicious as well.
