The guy who took my order was fine. When I first got out of the car, an employee was right out in front of the store hitting a weed vape and started hacking, coughing, hell he was drooling by the end of it. Then I go inside and he's the line cook. Long greasy hair with just a hat, no net. He was still coughing the whole time he was on the line. Only covered his mouth half the time. Wiped his nose with his glove on and didn't change it, wiping his gloves on his pants and then making food. Safe to say I won't be back and I'll be sure to let people know to go elsewhere cause that's just down right nasty in food service

Store nasty, incompetent workers who said small medium or large when small was order he said were out or large cups??? We'll I didn't order that but also larges up right in plain sight. Okay whatever ordered 2 orders of chicken fries with BBQ sauce, guess what wasn't gotten. Went and asked for BBQ he couldn't find it, then found it and gave me ONE!!! AND eating behind the counter since when??? Employee hygiene needs worked on

This Burger King has higher prices than most of the others and usually the service is had in the past was poor. I had to beg for my change when I paid with cash years ago. Their new remodel is terrible as well and the restaurant doesn't seem as clean as the others. I prefer the one on Greenbrier street much more.

They just spent the whole summer rebuilding & upgrading & they did a fantastic job.
Staff started getting loud with a manager, so the manager told staff he was acting like a 2 year old. And staff walked out. They're having this whole argument while actively messing up our order bc of the commotion. They finally got us everything but my kids don't need to see all that.

Fries were visibly undercooked and served anyway. Coffee tasted like it was sitting awhile and not very hot. Women's restroom toilet was not clean. Servers nice but manager needs to look at quality control on food and cleanliness.
