“I order from this Domino's weekly. I've given them 5 star reviews multiple times and told several people this is the best location in Charleston. Unfortunately, lately, they have been slacking. I don't know if it's new management, new employees or what the issue is but it's unfortunate. I hate leaving negative reviews, having worked in food service for many years, but if there's room for improvement I feel the store should know. I've had either a severe topping shortage, missing toppings all together, to overcooked-almost to the point of burnt - tots, chicken, or pizza. I feel like there's no excuse for missing ingredients; there's literally a check list of what the customer wants in their order. The rule of thumb I always followed when working with others food is make it like you would want it. If you wouldn't be happy receiving the order you're putting out, why are you ok sending it out? I will continue to order from here because they do have a good history, they are close by, and I love some Dominos but just be mindful it might not be up to expectations.“

“Place an order here often and I can always say when I get my order from here they're always friendly. Of course I order it from online and occasionally I have to order in store. Sometimes they're really busy and no one understands why they are so slow but you have 20 orders coming in and out and see if you don't get behind a little bit I've only seen this though when everyone is getting off of work.“

“Went to Kanawha city KFC, was greeted by a nice young lady, there was a lady making my food said it would be a small wait on chicken, it was super busy and only the 2 young ladies was working. The wait wasn't that long & the fresh chicken was worth the wait. I appreciate how hard these girls was working, understaffed, yet still friendly and willing to serve fresh hot food. Thanks guys!
