This store needs a complete overhaul. New employees that are professional and clean.
The restaurant needs a deep clean also.
The past 6 months this place has really went down hill. and treat the employees how to read the online orders!!
Highly respectful staff and great food.
They closed early and acted like we were dumb.
They always forget something in our order.
To expensive!! Choose drive thru kids leaning on cooler playing on phones. Then held a blizzard upside down with the lid on.
Classic DQ location. Dependable, good tasting menu. Location neat and clean, well maintained. DQ is a favorite road stop, no matter where.
They didn't complete our whole order. They didn't have any soft drinks. They didn't seem like they were well organized. The food wasn't very good. Very unsatisfying.
Food good

Very expensive for the quality. They don't believe in "good measure".
My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. Then she handed our order out the window with a smile. I'm very pleased with the service that we received, only wish we lived closer to visit more often. Thanks again Elkview DQ, you rock.

This place has improved a lot since my last review. They're doing better about staffing and wait times have improved. What is a nice surprise is that usually, when I order a burger, the burger is in good shape and not smashed like a lot of places make them. The boxes get really messy, though, especially if you ordered sauced and tossed tenders. They tend to just lay stuff on top of other things. If you came here for a sweet treat, I recommend the cake cups. You get a lot for your cash in those and they take longer to liquify.
Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy-free Dilly bars now, but somehow they're not actually dairy-free. I asked and apparently the box they come in says."Contains milk."
Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky to get into thanks to a divider that doesn't seem to do much except get in your way, whether you're coming in, parking, or leaving. The lot can be really difficult to get out of during peak hours or on hot summer evenings; the drive through line tends to back up way into the lot.
Kid-friendliness: The outdoors seating area is good if you have kids or teenagers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Several disabled spots right next to the ramp that leads inside.
