Typically I love the Elkview Dairy Queen. However yesterday I got a chicken strip basket for dinner and it was disgusting. The gravy smelled and tasted bad, the grease clearly needed changed and the toast was way too oily - buttery and it also tasted terrible

This store needs a complete overhaul. New employees that are professional and clean. The restaurant needs a deep clean also. The past 6 months this place has really went down hill. and treat the employees how to read the online orders!!

To expensive!! Choose drive thru kids leaning on cooler playing on phones. Then held a blizzard upside down with the lid on.
Classic DQ location. Dependable, good tasting menu. Location neat and clean, well maintained. DQ is a favorite road stop, no matter where.

They didn't complete our whole order. They didn't have any soft drinks. They didn't seem like they were well organized. The food wasn't very good. Very unsatisfying.
Very expensive for the quality. They don't believe in "good measure".

My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. Then she handed our order out the window with a smile. I'm very pleased with the service that we received, only wish we lived closer to visit more often. Thanks again Elkview DQ, you rock.
