Typically I love the Elkview Dairy Queen. However yesterday I got a chicken strip basket for dinner and it was disgusting. The gravy smelled and tasted bad, the grease clearly needed changed and the toast was way too oily - buttery and it also tasted terrible

My family stopped by on our way home from camping, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. As our order was being made, one of the employees handed my husband a small cup of plain ice cream because she saw our dog in the car. She smiled and spoke to our dog, told him to enjoy. Then she handed our order out the window with a smile. I'm very pleased with the service that we received, only wish we lived closer to visit more often. Thanks again Elkview DQ, you rock.

This place has improved a lot since my last review. They're doing better about staffing and wait times have improved. What is a nice surprise is that usually, when I order a burger, the burger is in good shape and not smashed like a lot of places make them. The boxes get really messy, though, especially if you ordered sauced and tossed tenders. They tend to just lay stuff on top of other things. If you came here for a sweet treat, I recommend the cake cups. You get a lot...
