I have placed two orders within the past couple of weeks. One was for my sons Halloween party at school and they stated they must have gave my order to another parent for a different party. So of course my pizza was not ready for the party and I had to leave the school and run back to pick it up. Which caused me to miss some of the parade at the school. I packed my order the day before and even gave my order to the messenger. While there, customers were stating they had waited over 45 mins and still had not recieved their food and left. Then I placed an order for pick up last night for my family and I ordered two pizzas and only recieved one. The food is great if you get what you ordered!

We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. The pizzas were so so, not the best we’ve had, but not the worst either. The bread sticks were flat flat flat. Paper thin. No rise to them at all!! Not good at all!!

????Not going back. Gave the Gino’s in Elkview a 2nd chance after they totally screwed up my toppings….nothing was right. Waited around an hour for a remake done right. This last time I checked before leaving with my pickup order and they topped it correctly. Got home to eat and bit into doughy pizza. Not even done. Don’t waste your time or money here. In my opinion.

Perfectly passable pizza. Nothing really outstanding aside from the local origin of the chain. I do enjoy the dim and dated interior, though many won't. It's rather roomy, too, and people hardly order dine-in here, so you'll have no trouble finding a seat.

Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options aside from the saladz or a veggie pizza.

Dietary restrictions: They now offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust, if that's what you're into. It is smaller and more expensive than a standard crust, though.

Parking: Plenty of open lots as it is part of a strip mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp is available, as well as disabled parking.

Little pricy but it's good. Especially the wings.

The food was great, but the service was the exact opposite. When I first went to the counter, I was greeted with a horrible attitude. Then, when I asked for ice because the fountain machine was out, you would have thought I slapped the lady in the face. When my salad came out with frozen bacon, and when I asked about it and said i didn't want the frozen bacon, that must have been another slap in the face. Other than that, the baked spaghetti was awesome, and so was the personal pizza.

Philly pubwich should not look like a pancake and the bread chewy. I’ve had probably hundred of these of the years and this is first bad experience here. Believe I need my $14 back I paid for just this sandwich is crazy! I try not to complain but would you?

I put an order in for a 9” pizza and an order of wings. After driving here for 15 mins then waiting for an additional 20 mins, my pizza finally got put in the oven!! So needless to say 50-55 mins after ordering, I got my food.
