I recently ordered a pizza with extra cheese and was very disappointed with what I received. Not only did the pizza have less cheese than a standard order, but the overall quality was on par with a frozen grocery store pizza—definitely not what I expect for $20. The lack of cheese was especially frustrating since I specifically paid extra for it. For the price, I expected something far better than what I could have made at home. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered. Told it would be 15 mins. 35 mins later was told it would be longer cause they tore it up and had to make it again. Used to be so much better.

I got the ham pubwich and onion rings. The onion rings arrived 15mins before the pubwich, they were ok, alittle overcooked. The pubwich had almost no ham at all, very disappointed ☹️

Have no idea how the food would have tasted never received it...The workers never acknowledged that we hadn't been served eventhough everyone after us had been... I am at a point that I totally dislike this place... I believe that maybe new management might make a difference... I definitely will not return to this location. I am glad that they did refund my money. Oshel Craigo you need to make a change here...they are definitely costing you money..

I have placed two orders within the past couple of weeks. One was for my sons Halloween party at school and they stated they must have gave my order to another parent for a different party. So of course my pizza was not ready for the party and I had to leave the school and run back to pick it up. Which caused me to miss some of the parade at the school. I packed my order the day before and even gave my order to the messenger. While there, customers were stating they had waited over 45 mins and still had not recieved their food and left. Then I placed an order for pick up last night for my family and I ordered two pizzas and only recieved one. The food is great if you get what you ordered!

We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. The pizzas were so so, not the best we’ve had, but not the worst either. The bread sticks were flat flat flat. Paper thin. No rise to them at all!! Not good at all!!

????Not going back. Gave the Gino’s in Elkview a 2nd chance after they totally screwed up my toppings….nothing was right. Waited around an hour for a remake done right. This last time I checked before leaving with my pickup order and they topped it correctly. Got home to eat and bit into doughy pizza. Not even done. Don’t waste your time or money here. In my opinion.
