I've been there several times. They never get my order correct and the workers are lazy and rude. Not to mention they can't read a screen correct. Sad excuse for a restaurant. Definitely. Management problems. I will not be going back here.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and today I had a big order and although I understand that a big order takes time I was only there like 6 minutes which was great and everything was completely correct as ordered and tasted excellent. The lady with glasses who is the cashier (I wish I knew her name) is always a very kind and friendly person every time I’m there. Colonel Sanders would be pleased.

Placed my order online. It was to be ready at 5:20. I got to the drive thru at 5:30. She said pull around to a pick up spot and someone will bring it right out. I waited 7 minutes no one came out. I went back to the drive thru and she said it'll be 12 minutes they have to cook chicken. Nothing was said about waiting on chicken the first time I talked to her. The manager was rude and did not apologize she just repeated 12 minutes or get something else. As I wrote this it's 5:48, 28 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready.

The best thing we have ordered were the BBQ chicken wraps. But they don't sell them anymore as of last week. We like the fruit punch drink. It is very good. The chicken strips are to flat, it's more like fried batter, but the chicken nuggets are good. The drive through is nice, but considering the whole store is in a weird place, in the middle of Kmarts parking lot. The mashed potatoes and gravy are very good. ? ? The employees are friendly to. Overall good food, and service, just as good as you can get for a place that sells the same recipe of fried chicken in multiple different ways. I wish that they'd bring back the grilled chicken, or introduce a healthier option chicken. The fries are way to salty, it's like eating salt packets no offense.(I'm sorry) ? Thank you.P.s. there is one more thing I would like to add.I have lived in Elkview my whole life, and I have never seen a pigeon here before, except in Charleston. But when they built kfC here in elkview, I started seeing more pidgeons around in front of Kmart. I sometimes feed them fries and bird seed and bread. They are so cute.I just find it weird how the pidheons always seem to be where the KFCs are at. I sure hope they arent KFP instead of KFC. lol.

I'm a veteran, I can't hear well. When going thru the drive thru the women said hold with your order. I thought she said can I take your order. So I started ordering. She the yelled at me in front of my mother and daughter over the intercom. That kind of behavior is unsatisfactory. I don't care how your day is going. If I don't yell at you. Don't yell at me.

$30 worth of dry chicken that has obviously set under a heat lamp for hours. The fries and chicken were all dry and tasted old. No wonder KFC is the only restaurant at the plaza that is never busy. Ordered and given food immediately which means it was old and had been sitting there. I wish I could get my $ back but I know I will never go here in the future.
