Penn Station East Coast Subs

Barely any meat on my Italian sub. The chz was paper thin, the tiny tomatoes were more green than red, not edible. Not worth the money. The French fries were dumped in the basket with the sub par sub, not in the cup they are advertised in, & cut into bite sz pieces. There were only 3 that were the sz of a fry. The bathroom was dirty. Do. Not. Eat . There. Waste of $.

Best Subs I've ever had. We are now a regular there. Great staff and atmosphere. Would recommend going there if you haven't. It's life changing.

Good service and friendly staff. Everything came out hot and fresh. This place is on the pricier side of sandwich joints but the fries are excellent. Had two Phillies and they were good, but when are people going to realize, Philly Steak Sandwiches are supposed to be served with liquid cheese or at least American cheese.

Cooks and employees looked like they needed a bath. They were not working very hard and I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my food. When I did my Fries were cold and limp. I won't be going back here anytime soon.

Prices vs what you get are ridiculous! Couple slices of meat for a full size sandwich not even enough to take apart and make a decent half sandwich!

Where's the meat?!?!Three of us ordered FULL size sandwiches and there were maybe 2 slices of meat not even enough to taste. Even taking meat off both sides probably wouldn't have covered HALF!

Great place to eat. I was pleasantly surprised with my Reuben Sub! Great flavor, good customer service and a
clean restaurant. What more can you ask for !

Ordered 2 subs and a wrap I thought subway was bad this place has them beat by a mile .I bet there wasn't a dollars worth of meat on the subs and the wrap was a joke nothing in it was flat after ordering the food realized how dirty the place was .got to say their signs with pictures look good that's all sad a business has to miss lead customers like they do

Over half the sand which did not have anything on it. Paid a ridiculous amount for basically bread. Literally so ticked off I will never be back
