Went in and asked how much a 12 pack of tacos were and was told 19.49. When I went to order them it was 32 something. I got my money back.

We ordered in the drive thru. We told the lady multiple times no tomatoes!! There was a food allergy. They put tomatoes on my order anyway. We called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. He was rude, unsympathetic and didn't care. We were told "it's not thier fault I was blind and didn't see the tomatoes prior to biting into my taco". Thomas did not give a crap that I bite into something I was allergic to. I'm not sure how hard it is for a person to take an order right and someone to take it correctly. The people at the Taco bell don't care at all.

The dining area is always neat and clean. The employees are always very nice and willing to help customers. The food is always fresh and good and the orders are always correct. This is the best Taco Bell in the area.
My food is all over my bag its like they didn't even try to wrap it properly asked for no sour cream cause I'm allergic and it was on half my stuff I also saw the car in front of me get handed my drink and the car handed the drink back if it was a few years ago I wouldn't care but with a issue with covid that's a potential health risk I've worked fast food before and this ain't it.

Can’t speak for the eat-in experience here, but as we were passing through this area on the interstate we stopped to grab a taco and burrito here and were impressed with the quality compared to other Taco Bell locations. All of the ingredients were included in the amount they advertise, which I have never actually seen. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and asked if we needed sauce or napkins. Would recommend for a quick stop if you’re traveling through this part of WV.
