Food is good. Employees are really slow, drive through takes forever. More often than not you will be in it for 15-20 mintutes.

Karen Taylor and Teaira Spencer are always polite and helpful engaging with each customer helping the elderly always smiling and keeping the place clean I don’t think it could run by anyone else but these two the best there is! Good workers are hard to find and you have the best here

The last 3 times I've been my food has come straight out of the kitchen COLD. I'm not one to complain but I can't do cold food!

Wow. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. First. I sit at the speaker forever and she says “Um you can order when you’re ready.” Lady. How was I to know? No greeting no nothing. Then a breakfast place doesn’t have orange juice? Then she got the order wrong. Then she rudely shoved the large drink at me. She handed me the food bag and slammed the window shut. No thanks. No enjoy. Then my miner biscuit had no egg? I don’t know but that was horrid.

You can always tell who is working morning shift by how long it takes in the drive thru if they would stop talking about personal lives they might get the drive thru time down and is it just me or can you not taste the egg on the biscuits I really used to enjoy coming here but now not so much either terrible service or terrible food ..today will definitely be the last time I ever give them business

The store was clean! But the customer service was terrible. Second time being there and both times the cashier's and other worker's were NOT friendly AT ALL. NO SMILES! In fact they acted as though it was just terrible to serve ANYONE! VERY SLOW SERVICE. FOOD WASNT DONE AND YET WASNT HOT EITHER! VERY DISSATISFIED FOR THE SECOND TIME! 😫
They need to teach customer service and manners!!!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it needs said. The young lady working the drive through was very nice, and polite, the food is terrible, toast so dry and hard it crumbles, lettuce wilted, one day I get regular and the next pay for extra bacon, which is the same as the last, I have done this multiple times. I used to stop every morning, but the last year, the sausage is burnt, biscuits are hard, and over all the food is terrible. It’s the Elkview area fast food restaurants, I would drive to Charleston to Tudor’s or Wendy’s before eating at this Tudor’s again, I would expect better from Tudor’s but like I said, it’s the Elkview area, I’ve lived here most of my life, if you want to ruin a franchise restaurant, open one in Elkview.

3rd time this month my order has been messed up.
Food is not nearly as good as it used to be. Too much personal talking/bickering. But everyone was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
