“We visit your Arby's Drive thru on Southland Drive, Fairmont, WV very often. Until the past couple of month's, there have been no problems. But now, there is almost always something missing from our order, and since you tape the bag closed, it's difficult to check. Since the whole order is on the register slip that is attached to the bag, there is no reason to have any missing items. We're still charge for the items, but don't get them. Today it was a cheery turnover. Why are so many of
the restaurants being so careless with the drive thru orders?“
