Absolute trash Went there today 12/7/25 for me my wife and grand daughter 3 boys in grille playing around jumping like its basketball throwing stuff making drinks . Mixing soda and ice cream. The food is absolute trash nuggets hard and burnt as are the chicken fries so my wife and granddaughters food wasn't edible and my whopper is pink so yay waste of $25 when my mom worked here the place was decent now its trash and sad. Wasted my money the fountain drink machine didn't work

If you’re able to remove items and add items onto a sandwhich you should be able to make a rodeo chicken seems you have all the products in your stores but when I asked a worker I was denied them because you don’t “serve them” well you serve the products for it. You can’t accommodate a customer?

10/1/25 Please update hours on door. Showed up at 8:20 pm and was told we could not dine in, but we could get it to go. The door stated they were open until 9pm. Was told we had to leave the building so we just all left & went to Sheetz.

Nothing against this branch but there's no burger in the hamburger? And they keep getting smaller and more expensive. I can go to the local Mexican restaurant for the same price... better food and come out full

I bought cheese on the app for my whoppers and the forgot my big fish. When I went back to correct the order the argued with me about the cheese and the tool the existing sandwichs back and put cheese on them. This is a big NO. You never take food back. You put it in the waistband in market at the end of the night. Disappointed.

Placed online order for 2 bacon king burgers one no ketchup/mayo and one with pickles as well as 16-piece chicken nuggets. When I got home both burgers were the same. My wife Rose does not like anything on her burgers but got ketchup/mayo and pickles. Will be a long time before we go back for more food, if ever. This is the second time there was an error on our order. Please find image of receipt.
I found 2 red hairs in my whopper... And the lady that answered the phone when I called to complain said "errrmmmm okayyyyy?" I did not like the way she spoke to me, and completely lost my appetite after.

The girl working the drive thru wasn’t very friendly. She gave 2 packs of BBQ for 4 different bags of nuggets. She didn’t like that I asked for more & told me they charge for more, but she’ll give it to me this time.. That would mean my 4 kids would have to share the 2 packs of bbq, when they each got nuggets. Doesn’t make much sense to me. Also didn’t receive all the fries I was supposed to get. Definitely check the bag before leaving.
