I bought cheese on the app for my whoppers and the forgot my big fish. When I went back to correct the order the argued with me about the cheese and the tool the existing sandwichs back and put cheese on them. This is a big NO. You never take food back. You put it in the waistband in market at the end of the night. Disappointed.

Placed online order for 2 bacon king burgers one no ketchup/mayo and one with pickles as well as 16-piece chicken nuggets. When I got home both burgers were the same. My wife Rose does not like anything on her burgers but got ketchup/mayo and pickles. Will be a long time before we go back for more food, if ever. This is the second time there was an error on our order. Please find image of receipt.

I found 2 red hairs in my whopper... And the lady that answered the phone when I called to complain said "errrmmmm okayyyyy?" I did not like the way she spoke to me, and completely lost my appetite after.

The girl working the drive thru wasn’t very friendly. She gave 2 packs of BBQ for 4 different bags of nuggets. She didn’t like that I asked for more & told me they charge for more, but she’ll give it to me this time.. That would mean my 4 kids would have to share the 2 packs of bbq, when they each got nuggets. Doesn’t make much sense to me. Also didn’t receive all the fries I was supposed to get. Definitely check the bag before leaving.

Clear your schedule. Everytime I come here it takes at least 30 minutes with just 4 people in line including drive thru. The plus side was our sandwiches were neat and tasted good.
Ordered at 10:27 pm today, got there at 10:45 and store was closed. Lights off and everything. No sign, supposed to close at 12.

Went through the drive thru and as I sat at the window all I could hear was the employees yelling and cussing back and forth to each other. Which my child was listening to. Not at all an environment you want to take your children too. They also didn’t give me anything right that I ordered. And food was cold and old.
