there was one dwarf looking bartender. she’s older but I think height was stunted. She smelled so bad it actually made me sick to my stomach. I love coming here but I really cannot stand the smell.
Not worth the time. Poor service and even worse management there. They need to tighten up. Was standing up for my sis. And I’m “Too loud” like seriously?!? It’s 2025. We all grown. Or at least I thought.
just stopped in for the ADVERTISED LUNCH SPECIAL. bartender was high outta her mind and had no idea what I was talking about came back 3 mins later to tell me they did not have any supplies to make such food. hello your business advertised grab and go lunches!

Cardi's 8th St. Bar and Grill offers a comfortable and spacious dining experience, with indoor, outdoor, and bar seating options available. The menu features classic American fare, including a popular BLT sandwich and fries, although the fries were reported to be overly salted. The staff is described as friendly and accommodating, even for larger groups with children, who enjoyed the hot dogs, fries, and BLT. Customers have praised the Lucy BBQ smash burger, wings and fries combo, and the overall value and quality of the food. The restaurant is known for its quick and delicious service, hosting community events, and offering daily dinner specials that are affordable.
The restaurant is praised for its clean environment, with a couple of pool tables and an outside seating area. The bartender is described as friendly and informative, and the locals are welcoming. The steak hoagie and Italian dressing are highlighted as must-try items. While the food is generally good for a bar, some customers noted that the steak sandwich is only steak and peppers with cheese, and the Lucy burger was supposed to have a fried onion ring but had bacon instead. The restaurant serves five flavors of chicken wings, not BBQ.
