I’ve been going to this Cracker Barrel for years and it been going down hill. Last time in we ordered breakfast and I came out cold. And our server was busy but never came to check on us or offer refills or see if we needed anything. She took our order and didn’t see her until the bill showed up. Eggs were over easy and cold sausage was hard as a rock and French toast was only item that was semi warm. After waiting 40 minutes for server to come back and check with us she offered to make a new plate but I had lost my appetite by that point.

We called and ordered over the phone for pick up so we could get it n go. We ended up waiting almost an hour after we were there n waited in line n it was just ah bit of ah mess n the bathrooms stunk n it was just unpleasant is all

We had the pot roast which was good the rolls where dry and the server Colleen was not pleasant she only spoke to me she never spoke to my wife at all and usually you serve the female first and she served me first she brought the bill left it in the table and never returned to refill our tea glasses or offer us dessert, she was just rude

This is the best Cracker Barrel (Kingmont Rd). Some are CBs are better than others depending upon the chefs. I had the special two biscuits gravy country ham and grits. Very good even though small portions. Very tasty. Server was nice and took good care of my family. Some food was cold. Mine was ok. Tea water was not hot but second cup was better.

I take my son and granddaughter here at least 2 times a week. The food is always delicious and the service is superb !! Very friendly atmosphere all around. My favorite place to have breakfast.
