My husband and I eat at Cracker Barrel at least twice a month. We love the food. Servers are always kind and helpful. I get rewards that I sometimes forget about. When I'm asked if I want something off because of my rewards I feel like I'm special
Dumplings too salty, got grilled chicken instead of grilled catfish, our drink glasses were empty most of the meal.

This had to be the best experience at any Cracker Barrel I have ever been at. The is a young lady Manager EMILY!!! SHE IS HANDS DOWN ☆☆☆☆☆. She was walking through the dinning area and just asked how everything was. My 12 year old son had to reply & started asking questions about the history of Cracker Barrel. She floored us with all her history knowledge on your company. She then was telling us about the holiday items in the gift shop and not to forget about the clearance corner. She costs me some extra $$ in the gift shop but we will definitely go back. What a great asset this young lady is to your team. BTW the bathrooms were clean!!
