Dairy Creme Corner is a seasonal delight! I always loved coming here as a kid because no matter which dessert I ordered, the portions were HUGE! Even as an adult, I stand by that perspective. Word of advice-- whatever size you think you want, order the next size down. You can thank me later (lol). If you have time for a meal, they have great burgers, hot dogs, and stuffed pepperoni rolls. They also serve pretty much any fried appetizer you could possibly want. Just make sure you bring cash!! They do have an ATM on site just in case you forget.

A Fairmont tradition. This place is always packed and somehow they still manage to help everyone in a timely manner. It's busy because it's so good ! We are new to the area and we're really surprised with the amount of menu options for food and the desserts of course. Careful ordering a large ice cream it is a tower ! They are not kidding with the sizes. Everything we have tried has been good and recommend the pepperoni rolls. Only open for the season, will be closing first week of October. We look forward to next year !

This place is always delicious and some of the best service I've ever had. Amazing ice cream and they serve a bunch of hot, savory foods as well. Sad they close for the winter as they will be greatly missed.
Average soft-serve. Fries were undercooked, salad lettuce wasn't washed. Funnel cake was nearly tasteless. Hotdogs were grey-colored and tasteless. Several of our sides were forgotten by the staff. Wait time was about an hour for sunday afternoon. Three pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were willing to fix things with some extra wait time Ambiance was relaxing, almost like eating at an amusement park with your friends. They had seating for large groups Heaping portions of food for cheap. If you value quanity over quality, this is your kind of place. Best icecream in West Virginia? Look elsewhere.

The pumpkin pie Avalanche is incredible! The portions for everything here is way more than you expect, and the prices are way better than any of their competitors. One of the best places to eat in the area.
