Somehow messed up the entire order. We got there 15 minutes before they closed so i understand the frustration but we sat outside the drive through for five minutes before they responded. We ordered a banana split no chocolate and got a banana split with only chocolate. Ordered two 4 piece barbecue chicken tenders and one 4 piece original tender and we got three 4 piece original tenders. We got no sauces that we asked for and there was hair in the blizzard. I understand it was late and it was a big order but to not get one thing right is absurd. There was no receipt so we cant go back and get it fixed either

Ordered 2 sauced and tossed baskets and 1 plain chicken strip basket. Got 3 plain chicken strip baskets and none of our sauces. Also ordered 1 banana split with NO chocolate and double pineapple. The woman in the drive through confirmed NO CHOCOLATE. Every item was completely wrong, not to mention the hair in my blizzard. Worst Dairy Queen service ever.

Got stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes when they decided to stop service an entire hour early, then take 15 minutes to get theough people in fromt of me so I could leave. Worst DQ experience ever, sad for the brand to have lost it's standards.

I ordered a a 4 piece chicken strip basket. I ordered no ice to start and 1/4 of my large drink was full of ice. I only have a 7 minute drive back home, by the time I opened the box I noticed that my cheese curds (which I paid an up charge for) weren’t even all the way filled and then I noticed my ranch wasn’t included with my food. As I take my first bite into chicken… it’s cold. As I said my drive is less than ten minutes.

I recently got an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and it was decorated amazingly! He loved it and it tasted great as well! The girl who decorates the cakes currently is doing an amazing job. She took my one sentence description of what I wanted and went above and beyond.

Was here just a few minutes ago employee was taking pictures of me while I was sitting at the front counter and they would not help me all I wanted was a chicken strip basket and a large fire but all I got was my a half order of fires and my chicken was burnt. Will never be back so I how the picture the young man took of me was worth it

How do you mess up a mobile order and have your employees taking pictures of customers in the drive thru while they’re sitting right there. Wild needs closed be better off,with a sweet frog in their spot
Employees avoid you if you’re at the front counter. They will also immediately take your mobile order to the back if despite you getting there far before your pickup time.
If you get a blizzard, be prepared to be disappointed. They will never make it correctly. If it’s a more than one ingredient blizzard, they will often just put only the main item (no filling, drizzle, added ingredients, or whip cream).

Very rude associate and very poor customer service. I walked in and thought it was closed and had to have the Pepsi guy get someone for me. After I finished my food I went up to get ice cream and the associate was ripping tickets out being rough with stuff and extremely rude the sign on the wall when you walk in that says welcome to the home of happiness definitely does not portray this place.
