First time using the app to order. Ordered 3 regular pizzas, 1 gluten free pizza, and bread bites. Picked up the pizza and ate 2 slices of the gluten free and realized it wasn't gluten free. It appears it got changed on the appbwhile ordering. Called the store and spoke with Ruby. She was very kind and offered to make me a new pizza (gluten free). My husband picked it up within 20 minutes and it was made perfect. Thanks Ruby for your kindness because pizza is a rare treat for me.

Pretty good food most of the time my only complaint would be they don't really do a good job of cutting it evenly and it looks kinda sloppy at times. I usually get the pan pizza it's a family favorite and seems to be the freshest dough
Incredibly frustrating . I’m a regular at dominos and usually I’ll put in an online order before picking it up. However, the app sometimes does not allow adding extra ingredients on without calling the store. When you do try to call the store the first thing you hear is “welcome to dominos can I put you on hold” and without waiting for a response they’ll put you on hold. Why even ask if you aren’t looking for an answer lol. I don’t mind being put on hold however my problem is when they do, they keep you on hold usually for about 10mins or more and they either A) already put the order in the oven before you can inform them of changes B) forget that you’ve been put on hold and never get back to you. If you order delivery of more than 3 items you best bet it’s going to arrive messed up and missing many dishes. My most recent issue with this store is when I had gone to the store 20mins after I had got the alert that my order was out of the oven and ready and was told that it was not in fact ready and had to pull around. When asked where the employee looked around confused before pointing at a vacant spot and when asked if they were going to bring it out when it was ready (seeing as it should have already been ready) I got the “ I guess I can do that” 10 more mini go by before I called the store to check on the situation and of course as usual was put on hold but when got back to was told that the order had been ready and sitting there and that the employee was probably just not able to find it. Was told that it would be brought out to me and funny surprise it didn’t. Pulled back to the window and sat there for another 5mins before someone finally decided to come up to the window and tell me it should be out soon. What happened to it being ready like it should have been??
Update: After straight up asking myself I was informed my pizza was handed out wrong. Instead of being informed from the start, I was left waiting, confused and got increasing more agitated. They did make it up by giving me store credit but that was after I had to ask what they could do about this situation. Again I had to ask, they did not willingly offer to make it right.

I am a vegetarian and dominos always pulls through. Great selection with very tasty and fresh veggies. Staff is friendly and very helpful. This place is a mainstay in my life
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are better than most restaurants, you really won’t find anything better in the greater Fairmont area expect places that SPECIALIZE in vegetarian dishes

I spent over 30.00 on good while at work. Delivery driver was sweet, when I opened my food I was immediately disappointed. I ordered a pasta bowl for my main fish. HA!! More like a pasta cup! So ridiculous!!! Pay 8.99 for literally a cup of pasta and few pieces of chicken. Definitely no quantity for the price.
