Absolutely the worst Dunkin is the Fairmont location. ALWAYS out of things or things are made wrong. The coffee always taste off and burnt. Today they were out of cream so they used almond milk, and it is not good at all.. I used to spend money at the location every single day, but today was my last time at that store. I feel like I've wasted so much money here. Do better.

Went through about 3:30 today 7/3 and ordered a refresher with liquid sugar . The man that took my order noticed i liked my drink a little sweeter so he recommended the Sabrina carpenter I did get both and they were prefect !! Delicious! I wish I would have kept my receipt to do the little thing on there
I believe the guy who took my order cashed me out and made my drink was Jessie ! Surprised by the positive attitude for this location . Made my evening

This is my go-to location for a pleasant café that offers a comfortable environment, stellar food and drink, and friendly service where I feel welcomed and can get lost in the pages of a good book while I indulge. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

My husband and I were hungry for a creme filled donut. It was close to closing. Staff was getting ready to close but gave excellent customer service. Donuts at the end of the day were still fresh and delicious.

I come here often after my shift. It’s a little out of my way, but I always make the trip because the night shift employees are amazing. Jessie usually serves me and he’s the best — always friendly, always gets my order right, and even keeps me updated on new menu items. Same goes for everyone there! I typically prefer Starbucks, but this place has completely won me over. Couldn’t recommend it more — I’ll always come back.

Atmosphere – 4 Stars
The location is clean, well-lit, and inviting. There is a wide variety of donuts and beverages available, making it a convenient stop for coffee and snacks.

Service – 3 Stars
The service was below expectations. Staff members were not particularly welcoming, and there was inappropriate language used within earshot of customers. One employee was visibly upset with another and repeatedly used profanity. Additionally, the store was out of large-sized cups during the visit.

Food – 4 Stars
The Iced Pistachio Latte was excellent—smooth and flavorful. The glazed blueberry donut was fresh and very enjoyable. Both items were well-prepared and met expectations for quality.

Final Comments:
While the food and overall atmosphere were quite good, the experience was negatively impacted by unprofessional behavior among staff. Improved training in customer service and workplace conduct would enhance the overall experience for guests.

You can expect everything you've come to expect at a dunkin, however, this location is a little lacking in customer service when you try to order in store. The few times I've been in I've had to wait a couple minutes or more to be waited on at the cashiers desk. It seems that either they are short staffed or they are told to focus solely on drive thru orders. Also, the last time I was in it felt like their AC wasn't working and all the icing on the fresh donuts was beginning to melt. Not sure if the AC was broke or if they were trying to save a little cash.

9 times out of 10 they are missing ingredients and then they offer you tap water for your berry burst. Never change the price but still charge you full price. Have been there before and they have offered my a cheaper alternative and then still charge me for the object I purchased before hand.
