Everytime I go, 100% of the time they are either out of something, mess something up, OR BOTH. Managers and owners are terrible people who don't care about the employees or customers. I love Dunkin. This location is just depressing.

It’s a very clean place but they never mix the drinks right, I asked for a Mocha Iced Coffee and they literally gave me watered down, dark coffee with sugar in it. When the Pumpkin Spice was in it always tasted like water as well. Won’t be going here anymore.

The food and drink orders are most of the time always done wrong. Hard old doughnuts. I mostly go in the evenings after work. The coffee tastes like old tar. The staff is impatient and not professional at all. There is a guy (wears glasses and is possibly bald) that works there in the evening hours who is very not patient with customers when his co-workers make a mistake and mess up an order. He basically throws food at the issue of a messed up order and walks away after a fake apology. Then yells at whom ever made the mistake. Seems a bit frustrated and aggravated with his co workers. Other workers there take their sweet time with giving out the orders once they’re taken. I’ve had a few times where the drinks were spilled in my vehicle due to not secure lids. There is a female worker there very young who is also evening shift who seems a bit high always and can’t seem to understand the process of taking orders and then delivering the same as what was ordered. This is the worst fast food place in all of Fairmont. The night shift is horrible old and nasty food and drinks. I’ll be making the extra trip to the one located in White Hall until the one in town learns how to teach their evening/night staff just how to serve food that isn’t old and nasty. And how to serve people without having an attitude of being bothered by doing their job. And they should fire a few of the workers. And replace them with people who actual want to work. Mainly the evening/night shift. And definitely who ever the gentleman with the horrible attitude.

They weren't helpful on an item I wasnt sure of and super quick with what they thought I was asking for. They seemed annoyed and rushed when there were only 3 cars in the line including me. I wanted a frozen drink but was unsure of flavors they had or what. So ended up with a frozen coffee that wasnt frozen and then when the guy handed me the drink he shoved it so quick that it spilled onto the side of my door as well as my lap and he knew and saw what happened and instead of offering me any napkins to help with the spill he just went back inside and closed the windows as I waited for a few to see if he was going to offer me napkins but NOPE sure didnt! Its the lack of common courtesy that ruined it for me and the annoyance or inconvenience I was to the workers!

Absolutely the worst Dunkin is the Fairmont location. ALWAYS out of things or things are made wrong. The coffee always taste off and burnt. Today they were out of cream so they used almond milk, and it is not good at all.. I used to spend money at the location every single day, but today was my last time at that store. I feel like I've wasted so much money here. Do better.

Went through about 3:30 today 7/3 and ordered a refresher with liquid sugar . The man that took my order noticed i liked my drink a little sweeter so he recommended the Sabrina carpenter I did get both and they were prefect !! Delicious! I wish I would have kept my receipt to do the little thing on there I believe the guy who took my order cashed me out and made my drink was Jessie ! Surprised by the positive attitude for this location . Made my evening
My husband and I were hungry for a creme filled donut. It was close to closing. Staff was getting ready to close but gave excellent customer service. Donuts at the end of the day were still fresh and delicious.

I come here often after my shift. It’s a little out of my way, but I always make the trip because the night shift employees are amazing. Jessie usually serves me and he’s the best — always friendly, always gets my order right, and even keeps me updated on new menu items. Same goes for everyone there! I typically prefer Starbucks, but this place has completely won me over. Couldn’t recommend it more — I’ll always come back.
