My mom, uncle and I stopped there and the manager said “what do you guys want” and then walked away and we stood there for a couple minutes and was looking at the minute and the manger then said “can I help you guys now” we said we’re still looking and she rolled her eyes and walked to the bathroom. all the tables were dirty and the bathroom had urine all over the toilet seats and was not flushed. The food was burnt and cold. Would never go again

All tables were dirty in the lobby. The price was outrageous. Food was nasty. Service....let's see. We walked in to see a young boy with his back to us. Never took out order. We waited for approximately 15 minutes for our food. It was in no way busy at all. The manager didn't seem to notice the actions of the young boy.

Parking: Easy to park. In front of building parking. I will NOT recommend this to anyone.

I shouldn't even give it one star no cars in drivethru told to pull around waited 15 mins on the food it was wrong fries were burnt took it back in waited another 15 minutes wrong again didn't even a 3rd time didn't even eat it!

Told I had to pull out of the drive through and park to wait for my order when no one was behind me. I was putting away my money and said I need a minute and was very impolitly told I had to move. When I did and asked the employee why I was told to move when there was no on behind me, she said it keeps the time being tracked in their drive-thru down.

It seems the customer has to be inconvenienced, and treated rudely so the workers can take whatever time they need to deliver orders without management being aware through the drive-thru time tracking system.

If employees are subverting management systems like this and customers are in the middle inconvenienced and treated rudely then there is a restaurant policy problem that is affecting customers negativity.

Food hit and miss. Can be good, or really bad. No consistency. They're perpetually understaffed, and it usually takes 5+ minutes to get an order.....on a GOOD Day. The chance of them getting your order right the first time is about 50%. The only reason I go back, (occasionally), is that their breakfast sandwich selection is fairly large, and the breakfast sandwiches beat McD's and BK hands down. 1 star for service because of wait times and frequency of order errors.

I did get my money back, but she threatened to call the law on me for being upset and nothing else. She told me to go out to my car and leave my husband twice. She had to call GM to give me a refund. I received the wrong order $10+ more difference. She lied. Cold fries. Flat coke. She said that she asked me if I wanted breakfast or lunch. But she never did or she was very unclear. Menu was breakfast, but because it was between 11 and noon they offer both. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get a refund.

Went through the drive-thru for breakfast and ordered a Frisco sandwich it was made incorrectly. The man handing out our food was rude. When I asked for his name, he closed the glass, after I requested the manager. After a few minutes, we spoke to a boy named Rod. He fixed our order and apologized multiple times. He told us he will take actions to prevent this in the future. props to the young man for handling the matter professionally and admitting to their mistake without arguing back like the first worker.
