Below average most definitely had better Hardee’s fries cold frisco melt bread wasn’t toasty just slapped on flat top. A little disappointing because there’s no Hardee’s where I live I look forward to eating this when out of town

I had a horrible experience. I even tried to give them the chance to make it right. At lunch time I went through the drive through got a ham and cheese. I started to eat it and I bit into something hard. I thought it might be a fluke bit into it again started chewing and found a bunch of hard stuff in there I'm pretty sure it was a shaving of a ham bone. I was on my way to an appointment so I missed lunch. Went back later in the day talk to the manager. She informed me that she had to call a district manager. Then she came back and said I thought kind of rude and said the district manager said we don't have bones in our ham. So if you're telling me there's no bones in your ham then that means it's a foreign object of some type and that's much worse. I said I'm not trying to cause trouble I just got a product that had something in it and I'd like my money back then she said she had to go call the manager again then that manager apparently said he had to call the regional manager. I waited 20 minutes....And then I had to go because I just didn't have time I had to do some work. It's the principle of the thing I got a product that costs $6 and it was defective all they had to do was look at me and go yeah he's not the type to buy it eat a little bit and want money back just so you could be fed. I eat at Hardee's all the time in many towns. I found it very odd that a manager can't be trusted in the store to make a decision of one ham and cheese sandwich. The honest truth is I felt disrespected and I also felt like I was treated like I was some kind of liar. I even went through the trouble showing them the chewed meat with my fingers and even offered for them eat the rest of the sandwich if they didn't believe me. Someone took my name and number and of course no one called me back from upper management.

This location needs some good management and good employees. The service and hospitality were shameful. I will never visit here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!The service was terrible. Of everything we order they only had 1 item, that was it! They didn't have milkshakes, they didn't have cinnamon rolls and they only had 1 tortilla to make the chicken tender wraps. Ordered 2 was told the total was $5.35, so we gave the girl $6. She then says " We only have enough stuff to make 1 wrap". Doesn't tell us what the total is, just hands back $2.80. No receipt no words just hands over the money and walks away. We sat at the window for 5ish minutes then she comes back hands us a bag with 1 wrap and 0 napkins. When asked what we were charged she rudely says, " I will be right back", then proceeds to walk around to the back of the restaurant. She waited to see if we would just leave, We did not! So she brought over the Assistant Manager ( said so on her shirt) who proceeded to have the most awful attitude. At the end of being berated, we asked for a refund to which we were told " I can not give refunds" and she closed the window and laughed as she walked away. DO BETTER Hardee's!

Just went thru drive thru and got 2 hot ham and cheeses . They was not hot and the cheese was not melted and the ham was all cooked together and over cooked on the sides . Bun was also over toasted too .

Cashier first tried charging me 25 bucks for a burger and a 5 piece combo. When I questioned it, he said it was 19 and some change. When I looked at the receipt, he charged the drink and the fries as if I didn't order a combo which totaled to about 6 bucks extra. I did have coupons, and he intentionally rang it up to where I'm paying way more using the coupons. If I would have not used coupons my total would have been around 16 bucks. This dude took me for over 3 dollars. Real shady stuff. Foods decent. Oh, when I first ordered my burger he said they were out of sourdough and wanted to up charge me to use a different bun for the Frisco. Super shady stuff.

My wife has a lot of food allergies, and there were only a few things on the menu here that she could have. It was inconvenient for them to give us the food that was prepared for us, but they did it and I am so grateful. They went above and beyond, especially Amanda and Lawrence.Dietary restrictions: They were proactive about asking about dietary restrictions and what might need to be taken out of our ordered food in order to make it safe for us. 10/10 service.Kid-friendliness: They were really patient with our little one running around and asking questions.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was a horrible experience. Took about 25 minutes to get my food with no line at all, then the order was wrong. On top of that, the food tasted old and fake. There were about 5 workers (if you want to call them that), but no one seemed to be doing much.

Made an uber eats 30 minutes ago for pickup. It stated on the app that it was ready for pickup. When I pulled in and entered Hardee's apparently the cashier and manager were too busy arguing with each other to make the food for me to pick up. I was very uncomfortable being there and canceled the order immediately. AVOID THAT PLACE until new management/workers take over.
