We order sandwiches from Herm’s often. It’s so reliable and never disappoints! I love knowing that the ingredients are high quality and everything always tastes amazing.

Apparently call in orders take precedent over walk in customers, I was told I'd have to wait at least twenty minutes so she could take care of call in orders before she could take care of my small order. I was the only customer there and there were three employees that I could see. I'd been there numerous times before and never treated with such ignorance. One employee looked at me like he was dumbfounded, but there was nothing he could do, apparently the stupid girl was in charge. So now you've lost a customer who always said, keep the change no matter how much.

They have a bunch of teenagers working here. I went in and ordered two smoothies for myself and my son and the girl that made them literally stopped in the middle of making SMOOTHIES, and let them melt for ten minutes while she went to the bathroom, then came back out and finished making them. At that point I didn't want the smoothie I paid almost $8 a piece for because Lord knows what made her even think that stopping in the middle of making an order, and using the bathroom, was okay at all. To top it off, the smoothies were nasty. Plan gross and tasted like vitamins, not fruit. I'll never go back here. The girl was rude when I said something to her about it and told me to "go to Wendy's or something if you don't like it." The older man who works there walks around outside smoking, comes in laughing on someone else's sandwiches, nor did he wash his hands. It's just sick. Get rid of the lazy, non-working kids, and put some people that at least know how to make a smoothie right, and without using the bathroom in the middle of making them and serving melted, nasty, bathroom smoothies. Sick, just plan sick. The sad thing is that they are going to make everyone sick between bathroom handled food and old man coughing on everything.

This place is amazing . The food is good. The prices are reasonable and it reminds me of a place in Chicago near the art institute this little Italian Deli. That would also slice the meat with every order inside. Actually, remind you of a small New York Deli and the people there are very nice. I would just suggest stopping in there. N building your own sandwich, you will not be disappointed

Lady taking orders has no clue what’s going on or how much anything costs. She turned around the iPad she locked it and didn’t know how to unlock it and no one knew the passcode. Luckily the guy cutting meats guessed it right. Took an hour to get my food and it was wrong. The older guy with a ponytail blew his nose and didn’t swap out his gloves. He also let some other old guy skip in line because he has no backbone. The only person with any sense was the girl making sandwiches and honestly I feel bad for her. One of the best sandwiches ever but I don’t know if it’s worth dealing with all the bull

Great little place for a bit of itialian. The sandwich ? well they are large glad I got a half sandwich. I got 3 meatballs to bring back home to Ohio I wish I would have got more they tasty melt in you mouth. Git some olives and a stick of good peperoni and a couple of other things. A little pricy but the value is there. The older gentleman was a delight and the young girl very pleasant. You can eat in or take out. I will go back

So the sandwich was pretty awesome looking. Very expensive sandwich but they give you what you pay for. However the paper was left on my cheese in the sandwich and they forgot my tomatoes. Will probably give them another chance eventually and update my review in the future just because if the sandwich was right it probably would've been awesome.

Ok so I've been in WV with my family for about 3 years and this is the 1st deli in Fairmont we have found that has VEGAN !!!! Options. Yes the spicy tofu and the seasoned tofu sandwichs the best and on rye. Yes thank you again ?

It was fantastic. They apologized due to not having an item and offered options to refund or replace. The tiramisu was perfect as usual!
