I ordered a door dash order of 2 burgers, onion rings, and ranch fries. There was no place to leave requests on door dash. It said to call, so I did. I called and told them my order, and the lady was able to confirm my order as she was looking at it. I asked that they please included some ranch. We got the two sides so I'm sure it would come with some, we just asked they please give us a couple with the order. The lady was not super nice but said it wouldn't be a problem. Not only did they take so long on our order that the first dasher canceled it, it arrived with ZERO ranch. None.

My family came here onthe recommendation of a friend, and let me tell you it was the best rexommendation anyone has ever given me ever. I ordered the Soprano burger and at first bite i formed a core emotional memory. My wife and friend ordered the Creamy Blue Cheese and Billion Dollar burger and both had similar responses. I swear that if anytime i am asked what my last meal would be, it would be a burgerfrom JAG and a side of the amazing onion rings. Do yourself a favor and get here now!

Somebody get in touch with Guy Fieri a.s.a.p. the best burger we have had in years. Had the BYOB burger and double onion. Fries way better than any chain burger place. The options are amazing and the signature burgers unique!!!!!! Would give a 10 star if that was possible

The blue cheese burger I got was big, sloppy, and juicy. I made a mess eating it, and that's how a burger SHOULD be! Definitely the best burger I've eaten in a long time. Worth every penny! I'm glad it was my first experience at the restaurant. The only bad thing is, I live in Clarksburg. But I'd definitely make a trip to fairmont just to eat here again. And they aren't stingey with the fries. I recommend the spicy ranch seasoning, make sure it's lightly dusted on the fries. I can't wait til my next visit!

I've been going to Jags for about 2 years. This place is located right off the main road right behind the laundromat.
This place has the best burgers you can buy anywhere in Fairmont! They will cook your burger exactly the way you like it. The inside is a small restaurant with big burgers, big flavor and a good selection of beers to enjoy. Plenty of sides to choose from too like cheese balls and old-bay fries.
Highly recommend this restaurant for a quick or a family night out. Staff are really nice as well.
Wow, what a great place! Absolutely brought the heat with the spicy burger. Probably the heaviest burger I’ve ever picked up. Great customer service as well! Definitely will be back.

Do not sleep on this place! One of the best burgers I've ever had. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff is super friendly, and the music choices are always on point. My boyfriend and I both got build your own burgers. The best part was, they put some of the toppings in between the burger patties!!! The buns were fresh and big enough to hold everything. The fries (Cajun and regular) and onion rings were very good as well! The restaurant is in the basement of the laundromat, so if you drive by you won't see a storefront. The parking is in the back where the entrance is. A must try if you are craving a burger!

Well they looked amazing but showed up and no one was there just 3 lady's sitting, so I left lost my Business and im really big on burgers too.

I understand working in the food industry can be rough, I worked in the food industry for years. So I completely understand falling short sometimes, but you should always right your mistakes as an owner or manager. Our office ordered lunch today from Jags. All 3 of us ordered salads for pickup. 1 cheese burger salad with NO peppers due to an allergy($13.86). 1 chicken salad with no onions($13.86) and 1 chicken salad with extra peppers($14.93). Once back to the office and able to open the salads, we were able to notice that the salads weren't at all worth the money paid. There was a very little amount of lettuce in the salads, the lettuce was wet and wilted and there wasn't extra peppers. We decided to call in and speak to someone about the issue and was handed off to the kitchen manager. The conversation started with explaining the lettuce issue, we were told that we were wrong, the lettuce is fresh. We were also told that the box was full of lettuce but that when we picked up the order, we must've turned them sideways and it was our fault that the boxes "looked" empty. But, even after spreading the lettuce out, it's a pathetic looking salad. The peppers added to the NO pepper salad was also adressed and the lady stated that the ink in their printer was low and she had missed that there weren't supposed to be peppers on the salad. When discussing there being no extra peppers, we were told that for $1 she put two extra peppers in the box(so 6, instead of 4.) This whole time the kitchen manager is getting progressively more rude. She then starts telling us the prices they pay for the peppers and chicken and how they can't just give things away. We asked her to just make the situation right, but she wouldn't. The only thing she offered to do was take our names and add extra lettuce to our salads the next time we ordered. When we declined that offer and explained that that wouldn't rectify this situation and it didn't make much sense to us that we would pay full price now for a half salad and full price next time for the same salad, but the next time she would just make it with extra lettuce..... How does that make anything right??? So you're offering to make our salads the right way next time??? She continued to just want to argue about the quality of the salad actually being just fine and up to their standards. If this is true, Jags needs to do better. Better with their food quality and quantity and especially better with their customer service.
Very tasty burgers. Can tell they're hand made and pressed. My girlfriend had the Soprano and I tried the Steakhouse. Both very good!
The spicy ranch seasoning fries were fantastic. Out of onion rings unfortunately when we went. But still would recommend !
Wouldn't think much of the place based on looks but this place has that hidden gem/dive vibes. Prices were very reasonable too.
