A worker in the kitchen (their hair is splotchy with random shades of brown and racon tales.) kept coming out and staring at me, then proceeded to side eye me and rolled their eyes. I fully believe that they need to be talked to about the respect and image they are setting.

I have been here twice. The first was excellent and the second was not. The first I got a wonderful gluten free breakfast sandwich that was perfectly cooked and no issues with my allergy after eating. This is hard to find because most places do not know how to avoid contamination. I also got a delicious chai tea. This past Saturday I took my kids for breakfast to introduce my son to the place. He is in college at Fairmont. It was busy when we arrived so we knew we had a bit of a wait. We made our way to the counter and ordered drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Then we sat at a table and waited. Our drinks came fast. Our food was another story. I will state again they were busy and I know how that can be. I worked as a server for many years, as a younger adult. So we settled in. After 30 minutes I started to notice others that ordered after us had not only received food, but finished eating and left. After 45 minutes I inquired about our order with the cashier. She went to the kitchen and said they were working on it now and apologized for the long wait. Okay, so not long now. Wrong. at 1:10 I told the kids we are giving it five more minues and leaving. It came at 1:15. All three bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches were cold. One was on completely wrong bread. And I got sick from mine, which I ordered gluten free and informed them it was for an allergy. Do better. Its a very nice place and I want to come back. I just think if its going to be pushing an hour and a half to make a breakfast sandwich maybe you let the customer know. And please do better not contaminating your gluten allergy customers. I cannot say for sure, but I had nothing to do for over an hour but stare directly into the kitchen, and it sure looked like the same toaster was used for all three of our sandwiches.

Great organic coffee! The barista was so accommodating and nice♡
Stopped in after picking up our daughter to try some coffee and it was very good. I had the SOB. Was very good. Also had a panini. The ham and cheese was very good and crispy.

I like to go in and get a hot cocoa and sit there and work on class work. Pretty quiet and calm for the most part, Good atmosphere
Such a wonderful place! The baristas/bartenders & manager are so kind & welcoming! While I only had a latte (delicious by the way), the food they offer looked absolutely delicious, & they offer craft beer too! Such a fantastic place in the neighborhood. I definitely recommend it if you find yourself nearby!
Coffee is just a blast. A terrible place for true connoisseurs.

Look, I love me a good coffee shop with ambiance, but both times I’ve been here we’ve waited 20+ minutes to get our food and the second time we only ordered avocado toast. It was one burned piece of toast and a super thin spread of avocado…for $7 um wut?
