I placed a DoorDash order for a chicken big box for two thighs and a drum, but received the exact opposite. The chicken was extremely dry and burnt, lacking flavor except for the burnt fryer oil. I attempted to contact the store via phone, only to discover that the line was disconnected. I will not be making any future purchases from this establishment.

Their chicken is super dry and extremely small portions. These are like snacks for children. We just got a door dash order and the portions are ridiculous. We will go to Clarksburg from now on. Don't waste your hard earned money at this location. We ordered a 3 PC combo and a 12 piece nugget combo. Not to forget the mention the sauce is are only filled halfway in the tiny little tub they give.

I ordered $50 worth of food from this place. The food wasn't bad, but the half gallon of tea was disgusting. It was rotten, you could smell how bad it was it was disgusting. How they got away with giving this out is beyond me. But the smell in itself says rotten tea.

I placed an order through the app and I wasn't far away so I assumed I'd have a little bit of a wait. When I got there they told me they just received my order...5 minutes later I'm walking out the door with my 12 piece meal. Great food, great experience...try it out!

This location has been there my whole life and WAS one of the few places I could go and not feel the need to have to check and make sure the order was correct. Well, not anymore! The past few times going there we weren’t given sauces for our tenders even when specifically requested. They shorted us our biscuits, a tender, and the staff isn’t exactly friendly, anymore. We love kfc but I’m not going back. It’s too expensive to be shorted food and treated sub par.

This has to be the Worst kfc you order on line they give you a time go early to pick up and it still isn’t ready manager needs replaced upper management needs to investigate the problem never do they even give ya even a popper!!! They are the worst in customer service biscuits like yesterdays Omg I spend a fortune not anymore!!!!!!

We had a bad experience worth writing a review for. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and opened the box to find it almost empty. There were 2 nuggets that were scraps smaller than my fingernail. On top of that the other nuggets were obviously torn in half to make 2 which is absurd. My husband’s sandwich was so hard he had to throw it away.

Never even got to order was only 2 cars in drive though and 2 people inside and they couldn’t keep up. The one making and bagging orders was just throwing them in the bag

I ordered a bucket special online. Bucket of chicken, extra crispy, four biscuits, and two servings of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was totally inedible. It was over cooked/burnt. I love extra crispy anything, but this was extra burnt (old or totally 100% overcooked). Biscuits were definitely old, they literally were hard as rocks and inedible. Mashed potatoes and gravy were ok I went over to store to pick up order. Gentlemen who handed me my order was friendly and polite. I had a survey from KFC about food/etc. replied as I stated info above, but no response back.
Parking: Parking and going inside is iffy, you gave to walk in front of vehicles in drive thru lane, or are sitting waiting in drive thru. Be careful walking in front of idling car in drivevthru
