Spicy ramen was good, sushi was amazing. Only issue i had was the use of some beef chunks in the pork belly ramen.

Loved everything! It was so cute and clean inside, Ary was our server and he was very kind, happy, and helpful with everything! My sushi was displayed cutely as well!

Great little sitdown hibachi place. Great atmosphere and service. Also love that they have real wasabi paste. 🥰

Oct 3, 2025 6:00pm. Kumo was packed and electric. Kitchen and serving staff very busy, organized and friendly. Family of four. Dinner included Kumo Special(excellent), Mongolian Chicken(fantastic), Szechuan Chicken(awesome), and Thai Red Curry Chicken(Wow), clear soups, fried rice and noodles. Green Tea. All very very good. Our server was excellent with great personality. Atmosphere incredible. A family favorite restaurant. Generous portions with enough to bring home.

My wife and I tried it for the very first time. I ordered Drunken Noodles with Pork Belly, a spicy Salmon sushi roll with Eel sauce (my favorite), fresh ginger and wasabi and a Miso soup. Wife got a Ramen with Chicken . Clear soup and an order of a crab Rangoon.. first: I was going to post about the sushi rollls being on the small side and go from there……….then it was time to taste!!! Main dishes were HUGE, VERY GENEROUS PORTIONS ( worth the price best in the business) the flavors where Amazing, flavor bombs, noodles are homemade, pork belly was well balanced…. BRAVO of a dish!!! My soup was also so delicious! My wife’s soup was also on point!!! Her dish was super delicious… not mad at the small sushi rollls at all because, the portion sizes are better than market norm and the flavors are top notch! I have found a new favorite…. We are lucky to have this place…. Well Done!!!

You're telling me a shrimp fried this rice?

The concept of Asian style cuisine, as if someone saw a pictures online and failed to make something similar. It lacks the authenticity of even the American style Asian food its trying to copy, in a word it's lazy.

Dense batter closer to a fish batter on the tempura. Flavorless and slightly wet fried rice, a bland pile of meat and veggies smothered in a watery and sickly sweet teriyaki passes for a hibachi dinner. The sushi rolls are average, can't really complain but definitely nothing to rave about.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kumo Japan and it truly exceeded my expectations.
The food was on point 🎯. They offer an array of Asian flavors and dishes, and each bite is a treat. What stood out to me even more were the prices, which were surprisingly affordable considering the quality of the meals and the way inflation has skyrocketed the price of everything. It’s always a bonus to find a place where you can enjoy great food without breaking the bank.

The service was also commendable. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Given how enjoyable the entire experience was, I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant in the future!

I don't like most of what I have tried ( pho, ramen, duck, mostly personal taste I reckon ), but their sushi and crab rangoons are phenomenal. I'd recommend those two options any day of the week. You may like the flavors of the aforementioned stuff. It just wasn't for me, and that's okay. No loss of stars for personal taste. It is a bit expensive, but it is a more upscale eatery. The staff are very friendly and the food is relatively quick to get out to your table. If you enjoy sushi and different Asian cuisine, this place may just be for you.

What a great find!

We were out on a road trip and stopped for lunch today. It was DELICIOUS. My husband got sushi for lunch, which he loved, and I got a hibachi lunch that was so much food - I'm confident I'll be eating it for the next 4 days (happily).

Our service was fantastic and just the right speed.

I am so glad we found this place, and we will likely make the trip again on purpose just to eat at this gem again.
