The building isn't in the greatest shape, but the food itself when we ate dine in today was absolutely on point. Literally too hot at first it was straight out the fryer. A++

Pathetic...two take-out meals both missing a side, the restaurant was out of both tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They did not bother to mention that before partially filling the order. I tried calling after getting home and discovered part of my meal was missing...no answer.
UPDATE: The AI generated LJS responses don't do anything to fix the underlying issues. Perhaps you should pay someone to answer calls at your corporate office if you truly care about resolving problems.

We went there after leaving the skating rink and ask the kids where they wanted to eat. We don't live near a long johns and they really wanted it. We ordered for 2 households and told the guy it was going to be a big order. As we told him the order he was saying "oh, Jesus Christ" while huffing and puffing and looking over at other staff. It made us feel awful and afraid to step out of sight so they could not mess with our food. We tried being polite and apologizing for a big order and the guy just gave a rude look. My husband was very upset and told us to go to the car with the kids. But I told him no. I knew he was going to say something to the guy for acting and speaking like that in front of our kids. I told my husband be a bigger person plz. So my husband went up to him apologized again and told the guy sorry you seem to be having a bad day. The guy then became a little more polite but it still ruined our experience there. We will not be back but will still prayfor that guy.
Great food! Very slow serving staff and the guy that was handling the raw fish didn't wear any type of gloves. It was nasty watching him make stuff and they had batter all over the floors, just walking right through it. Glad I got it to go because it's a mess in the restaurant.

The 2 lady’s working today was amazing. Shout out to Caitlin and Hayley!! They was great so polite to the customers that was there about to leave. I went in for someone else with a text of what they wanted and them girls was on point with it helped get everything that was needed. Go see them girls they are great!!
