Manager hangs up on you for missing items she didnt want anything to do with it nor cared to actually try to help or fix it. P.s it was for a disabled child. This manager has no customer service what so ever and got onto my disabled mother. Should be fired!

We got there way before breakfast even started and they threw away all of the food and started on breakfast then after we tried to order breakfast they said the only breakfast they had was sausage and biscuits. Like what how do you not pay attention to the time and throw away food not trying to be mean or anything, but breakfast don’t start till four or so and like I said we got their way way before breakfast even started and you want to throw things away and said you started on breakfast stuff but only had two things. I don’t know if You didn’t fix your clocks or what but it’s just sad now my family member doesn’t even want anything to eat

I've lived in Fairmont for the last 2 years and I have never received a correct order. Whether it be the wrong condiments, wrong sandwich, or missing items. You can guarantee the order will be wrong.

I have posted before but I take it all back.... DO NOT order delivery through these guys at ALL. They can't get a plain burger right, no matter how many times you call and complain about it. To top it off, doordash drivers are who brings it and they like to accept the order being 30 minutes outside of town, so no one else can accept it, and then leave your food sitting in the store in bags, waiting to be picked up, it's literally cold and nasty by the time you get it.. the fries are either never done all the way, or have sat too long and are disgusting. I mean it's simple, don't serve something you wouldn't eat for yourself..

Best McDonald's in town. I choose this one over the two others nearby in Fairmont because of the quality of service, speed and how they handle the food and customers. They are truly run differently than the others in the area!

Managers just cussing openly in front of customers near the front registers. Crewmembers with their hair hanging down on their shoulders hair not restrained. Crewmembers hanging out in the dining room yelling and hollering and managers Don’t do anything about it.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. This Mcdonald has become poorly ran with managers that are unprofessional. Staff member slamming his bag on the counter and arguing with his girlfriend at the door. Had me waiting at the drive-thru and then taking other cars that arrived after me. Drove up to the first window to order, then was lied to about the machine needing changed. She told me to go . Waited 10 minutes and walked in to find that they gave my drink to someone else that I paid for. This place needs an improvement and managers who will talk with you and fix it. Sorry, doesn't cut it. NEVER WILL I GOTO MCDONALD'S AGAIN.

I just went through the drive thru on my lunch you would expect the food to be fresh and warm for the amount your pay for food. The French fries were cold and their new crispy chicken strips look like they were fried extra and set under their light for 2 hours. No wonder McDonalds stock numbers have gone down because their food and service sucks ass
