Waited in drive thru for a long time. Manager didn't accept my coupon, had to wait 3 minutes for it to reload another. Then it wouldn't work, I just ended up driving away, sadly. Cause I didn't want to be late. Was in drive thru for 12-15 mins. They could have just comped the order at that IMO. Manager was nice and kind but won't be back to this McDonald's just for wait times, sadly.

Messed my order up again. This time they forgot one of the two burgers in the bag. Someone else picked up the order and I told them to make sure that all the food was there, bc these days you can’t rely on the restaurant to get it right anymore, for some reason. Tbh I am tired of getting ripped off. But they forgot to look to make sure all the food was there. So now we are here and I get ripped off again.

We ordered food for the family and we asked for fresh fries and they gave us fries. They were cold. We went back and explained to them again and they gave us the same thing and then this is what our sandwiches even look like and it was just really disappointing

They never get your order right. I ordered a nugget meal and a mchicken and they give me nuggets and a McRib. No one was in the drive thru and we waited like 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone even took our order. When you got to the window they were just talking. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Whitehall.

Uber took $24 for food and $3 for bring food to me.
We use Uber app....well Uber never bring food and got charged$24 +$3.....two days later McDonald's in Fairmont wv charged my bank another $20 for the same order Uber done charge me for dat I never got ....dats a total of $47 I got charged for and still no food....don't use Uber to deliver from McDonald's...
