May 13 between 8 and 8:30 p.m. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 4 plain hamburgers (for my dogs and cats) and a large caramel frappe. Halfway home I think I will eat a fish sandwich since I am starving after working a 16 hour day. Nope. The order I received consisted of 2 quarter pounders, a pie and the one and only thing you got right the large caramel frappe. Really?! my dad stopped by yesterday and ordered a Big mac, he loves them. Got home to enjoy it and he got a quarter pounder. multiple issues with them, rebuilding has not helped service, people need training in product, customer service and pride in your work.
