Worst place ever! Place a mobile order for pick up went to get no one was even there they all left and I still haven't received a refund of $20 for not recieving my order! It's been 3 fn weeks! Place is a total joke! Always unprofessional inconciderate and poorly managed!

Was able to order and PAY for my meal on the app on Christmas Day. But when we drove there, they were closed. No signage that they were closed, just locked doors and lights off.

They were kind of busy when we went and we had to wait about 12 minutes for our little order but at least everything was fresh unlike the McDonald's in Grafton you can return the food and tell them that it was cold and Grafton and you still get the same food when they make it for you again

I just watched someone bump into a spray bottle of cleaner and knocked it into the French fry deep fryer. But they didn't stop there they served the fries out of the fryer with cleaning chemicals in it! If I could give this 0 stars I would

It's Mc Donald's! Definitely not fine dining. Had a Big Mac from there and honestly I believe a bag of flour has more flavor and moisture in it than that printed thing they called a Big Mac !

And to follow it up by being caught talking trash about me when I pulled around. This is pretty much the level of respect and service I receive every time I stop at this location....
