Worse pizza I Have had. Very few toppings, mostly dough period the pepperoni, it's sliced. So thin, you may as well just put a picture of a piece of pepperoni on the Pizza. That would be cheaper for you, Pizza. Hut, you can make lots more money until people get smart. The service was good and the people are very nice, but that does not make up for crappy pizza. That was your last shot for me. I'll never buy another pizza hut pizza

Please drug test your pizza maker. I received the most bizarre looking food order of my life. Ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pan. Received a barely cooked upside down stuffed crust that was saturated with so much oil, it couldn't be picked up out of the box without falling into a mushy mess. Scarce cheese and pepperoni. I ordered Pepperoni Lover's Pan with extra cheese and extra cupped pepperoni which isn't what I received. Expensive pile off garbage. Tipped $4 for a take out order that was placed online. I will NEVER tip in advance EVER again. This generation expects big tips for zero service these days. I will NEVER order pizza from Fairmont Pizza Hut again! YOU SUCK! Thursday, November 21, 2024.

Food was amazing. Could have had a little more cheese on the cheese bread but the pizza made up for it.. Waitress was friendly, fast, and never went dry.
I really don't know why I bother. My brain remembers the buffet differently, then reality hit when I go. Never new pizzas, they leave the crappy dried out pizzas out way too long and waste space with 3 kinds of breadsticks. Gota remember that it sucks. Bring back CiCi's!

It's pizza hut. Staff has been friendly when I went. Ordering food through the app is easy and these guys are quick. Foor was good. Nothing burnt or hard. I ordered a melt and it looked like i got a personal pan pizza. Unsure. It didn't look like the picture so I think I got the wrong thing.

On 10/8 we had ordered a delivery for our work crew. We waited an hour and a half when we were 5 mins down the road. Only to call and receive terrible and rude customer service from a manager named Lauren. We had spoken to Lauren who was absolutely rude. She said they had called a total 5 times, when no one called the phone number. Then we were told they called and some man answered and immediately hung up also untrue, Because it was my coworkers phone and she is a female. Then we were told the delivery person was up here for 20 minutes and never called. Then when we were addressing it again, she didnāt even offer to remake it for a new delivery and we were asked what we wanted done. Then she preceded to pull the phone back and say āIām about to lose my shitā and then said āwe could walk down there and get it if we still wanted it. Or stand outside and wait for the pizzaā of which was made an hour previous. We had asked for the corporate number or for someone that was over her. And were told she didnāt have it. Which being someone that has worked in food service I know that is a lie. So thanks to Lauren we will no longer be ordering from this store and my work crew went without. The unprofessional demeanor was insane. We will be sure to spread the word that at Laurenās store if there is a problem itās the customer fault.
