Very polite and helpful staff. As always, it is delicious. Signs indicate that they now have order and pay ahead at Fairmont State location. Coming in from the front it is located towards the back and second floor.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to second floor front front of Falcon Center.

With all due respect to the student employees, I’m a girl who loves a treat; so I know what my coffee should taste like by now. Compared to any other Starbucks I’ve been to, I don’t think the employees are quite following the recipes. If you order a blonde latte? It will have black espresso sitting at the bottom. Pink drink? Overwhelming taste of lemonade. The one thing they can do right is a Frappuccino. Also yeah it takes forever to get anything. Super slow service, understaffed.
