It was very frustrating. Ordered a drink on the mobile app. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t the right order. I felt bad, but I went back anyway because I had paid extra for no ice. They were very rude and dismissive, and threw out my drink and proceeded to take like thirty minutes to finish my drink and I picked it up, and it was just bad. I also ordered lavender and there was basically nothing

I love this location I order here all the time the staff are polite and friendly. And they have never messed up a single order

With all due respect to the student employees, I’m a girl who loves a treat; so I know what my coffee should taste like by now. Compared to any other Starbucks I’ve been to, I don’t think the employees are quite following the recipes. If you order a blonde latte? It will have black espresso sitting at the bottom. Pink drink? Overwhelming taste of lemonade. The one thing they can do right is a Frappuccino. Also yeah it takes forever to get anything. Super slow service, understaffed.

Very polite and helpful staff. As always, it is delicious. Signs indicate that they now have order and pay ahead at Fairmont State location. Coming in from the front it is located towards the back and second floor.
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to second floor front front of Falcon Center.
Came here on a sunday. It says open until 6 but was closed and is not easy to get to.
If I could give 0 stars if I could I work at the corporate Starbucks and I understand things are different but I’ve never charged for not wanting ice they charged me for almond milk which is $.70 so they charge me for almond milk and considering they don’t even have a button to charge for no ice they are just charging for no reason and when I asked why they were charging me they said it’s because I got no ice they were very rude and said that it is always been that way I will seriously never spent any money there I don’t recommend it at all unless you wanna overpay for things you don’t even get.
So upsetting. I went in and ordered a mocha frappuccino and a croissant. The lady misunderstood my order and didn't clarify what she had heard me say. They come back 15 minutes later with the croissant and I had to wait 30 minutes for my frappuccino that they had to go back and ring me up for after serving everyone who was behind me.
Hours are ridiculous and do not have the student in mind. Closing at 1pm? Having two people work during your busiest times? I’m not in a hurry to get my coffee but considering this is the only place on campus perhaps you should reconsider your hours and hire back the student employees.

Arrived at 3:35pm and they were closing! Upon looking at the website it STILL shows hours as open until 10PM....disappointed!
