Recently visited this location and was a little disappointed by the experience.The staff were extremely friendly and patient, but the wait time was around 30 minutes for takeout. Although this isn't obscene, it wasn't quite what I expected. Two or three patrons left in frustration at their wait as well, so it seemed to not matter what was ordered. I think if there was a possibility of one or two additional staff members on shift, the visit would have been much better.Unfortunately, when coupled with the price and the actual quality of the food, the experience just wasn't as palatable as I hoped.Seeing as others have had positive experiences, I'm hoping this was just a bad night.

I brought my family there to get lunch through drive thru $90-100 usually. We were only one in drive thro and waited 5 minutes before I beeped horn. The person finally acknowledged by saying “I’m busy I will be right with you”. We waited 12 minutes before we finally left without service.

Placed an order for a sandwich and loaded fries. They couldn't make the fries so I tried to order another sandwich because it was for my partner. There was a mix up in the order somewhere but when I talked to the manager on the phone he refused to let me complete the order for te 2nd sandwich. I am not sure who owns the restaurant but I guess they are OK with allowing the staff to refuse money and kill future sales. I will never do business with them again

No mayo,lettuce or tomato on the sandwich and cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were old and burnt. I love this place but not sure if I'll ever spend money there again.

apparently it takes 20 minutes to throw steak onto the flattop. service is horrible and they take forever to make the food. LAZY workers (the two emo chicks)

Good food and A fair quantity. Even the small sandwiches were quite filling.We had a few different sandwiches and we're happy with all of them. Very nice to see a restaurant not tack on a charge every time you add it extra onions, mushrooms, etc....Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access, next to gas station

Meh! I wanted this to be good but the food was that great. The sandwich I order was the bourbon and bacon which was way to sweet and had no bacon or bacon flavor. Service was not able to recommend any steak because she never eat it before...

My boyfriend just got us food from here, we are from out of town. I myself didn’t pick up the order but my boyfriend was absolutely blown away by the service. He was amazed by how sweet, paitent, and professional the girl he was speaking with was. He said the name on the receipt is Skylar P. We haven’t tried the food yet but I would still give this place five stars regardless, just because of how well they treat their customers. Maryland doesn’t have hospitality like this so we are very pleased!! The cashier had even mentioned how she cares about making a lasting impression on people so they’ll want to come back. What a great employee. Skylar if you are reading this thank you so much for giving my boyfriend an amazing experience, you’ll go far in life with the attitude you have!
