Ordered Philly cheese sub toasted. Never had problem at any other Subway. Bun hard and meat tough. Their answer was well you ask for it toasted...very rude. Toasted should not meat ruin sandwich. It was not edible and the 2 girls could care less.

This is my go-to Subway in the Fairmont area. It's modern, always clean, the veggies are usually pretty fresh even at odd hours, and the service is usually great. They're pretty generous with veggies and never hesitate if I ask for a bit more or to clarify how much when I ask for extra (e.g. I personally like a lot of onions and they want to make sure they don't put too much).

Stopped in at the Subway in Middletown Commons and was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, modern, and has plenty of seating if you want to dine in. The employees were friendly and made my Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sub just the way I like it.
Only downside? The sweet tea. Normally Subway has solid sweet tea, but this one was pretty watered down with hardly any sugar—kind of a letdown. Other than that, great experience overall. I’d definitely come back, just maybe skip the tea next time!

Ordered a whole tuna sub yesterday evening and hardly had any tuna salad on it and toppings were very light. Ordered thru thr app. This isn't the first time. I'm not sure if this is the new norm or what. Ordered again 2/27/2025 thru mobile also same issue as Las another tuna sub with hardly any tuna and steak sub without the extra meat that was paid for. I wanted to support this subway as I live by commons but unfortunately my family is done ordering from here.

This subway at the Middletown mall in fairmont is the best subway way I have ever been to. It's like it used to be when I was little. Fresh bread and fresh everything. If subway is done like this it is the best subs. Better than any other franchise sub shop. If you think this subway is bad come to Morgantown. Every subway i Morgantown is crap!!

About what you expect from a general "all" stores. As with everywhere, staffing issues are terrible, just about everywhere now.
Vegetarian options: Several veggie options. Subs, wraps and bread choices.
Parking: Right by the store or close by in the parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: No alcohol. Booster seats and highchairs are available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Store is level with the parking lot, easily accessible with a full size scooter or wheel chair etc..

went to subway just for the guy to act like i was a bad person for not getting something on my sub then continued to put it on there.
