Don’t order anything supreme from here. Someone here has never been trained or doesn’t understand what the word SUPREME means. The last FIVE times I have ordered SUPREME tacos, I received regular. And forget getting any sort of refund if you order in the Taco Bell app. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Every time my wife and I have ordered from this location has resulted in part of our order missing. Its infuriating, especially with 5-6 orders over the course of a month. We won't go here anymore, and I encourage you to do the same.

Update 12/26/24:
We decided to give them one more chance, which was a mistake. Not only did they completely forget my wife's part of the order, but when I drove back to pick up the rest of our food I was greeted with terrible insincerity. I was quickly handed my food, had two free Taco coupons tossed at me to make up for the mistake, and while I was checking the food the cashier quickly shut the window instead of ensuring all was well. We'll be going to Clarksburg from now on, theyve never messed up this badly.

Overall Taco Bell is a disappointment, prices are way too high for there to be a glitchy computer screen taking my order and no specifying sizes of drinks…. A medium that costs 2.89 should be more than 12oz or otherwise stated on the screen. Either specify exactly what I’m paying for have a person take my order.

I would most definitely give this restaurant zero stars and it’s not because of the food, or because of the service, it’s 100% the manager at this establishment. Scheduling teenagers who have school the next day, until midnight is crazy, what are the child labor laws because that doesn’t seem right, especially on a school night. When the manager knows for sure that my sister is in school and IS UNDER 18, why is she getting scheduled on midnight on a school night? When she was brought up to her attention(mind you she makes that schedule) she was angry with my mother when she went to call about it. Hey so! I actually worked at this Taco Bell, and my manager was actually really accommodating when it came to my after-school activities, never was I ever scheduled at midnight on a school night when I worked there. I’m calling corporate, don’t even bother applying if you’re a high school student, this manager absolutely does not care about anything to do with high school activities or teens having school early in the morning, my sister has brought up her after-school activities to this lady, after being accommodating and working when she asks her to come in, she’s simply just rude and doesn’t deserve the job. No reason to have a fight and being rude to my mother on the phone for asking questions about her availability for after-school activities or even just scheduling a 16 year old late on a school night. Was there twice this week both times the food was cold and one of the times they messed it up completely plus the food was cold they should invested all that money and something else instead of a new building because their staff can’t get nothing right
