Drive Thru Experience was not good at all. It was a lot concerning that when we pulled up at 9:30 pm a group (of workers I think)was gathered outside for a smoke. The drivethru worker was impolite and short with us. When he handed us our food, it was basically thrown into the bag (fries in the bottom of the bag. My salad was turned on its side, and we almost dropped it as he quickly handed it to us.). The food quality was not what we’ve experienced from Wendy’s restaurants in the past. I get the apple pecan chicken salad almost every time, and when I opened the container, I didn’t even recognize it. It had a few pieces of mixed greens with some shredded ice berg I think thrown in there🤯. Toppings were on the bottom. At first, I saw none and thought they totally gave me the wrong salad, but it was under the greens. Just wow!🤯. Such bad service! Such poor quality food. Won’t be back to this one!

There's no soap. Thank goodness I needed to use the bathroom before I ordered, or I might have actually ordered food here. They have the typical sign up that tells employees that they need to wash their hands before returning to work, but there's no soap. Therefore, employees will use the restroom while they are at work and only rinse their hands off before handling your food. There's no soap. There's no soap. There's no soap.
