Atmosphere- 4stars- this Wendy’s has been newly renovated in the last year and it shows. The dining room is a little smaller than it used to be however it is a lot nicer and was pretty clean. I liked the new tables.
Service- 4 stars- the girls behind the counter were very friendly- nice to see that- so hard to find friendly fast food workers anymore. They were polite and even wished us a blessed night as we were leaving.
Food- 4 stars- I had not been to a Wendy’s to eat in quite some time (years actually) because it seemed that the quality had gone downhill so I was pleasantly surprised to find the food fresh and very tasty. I got a single with cheese (no ketchup) extra cheese and it was correctly made to order!!! It actually looked appetizing. Also got the baconinator cheese fries and they were also very good- the bacon was crispy and the cheese was hot. We also got the grilled ranch chicken wrap which was my favorite. The chicken was really good with just the right amount of ranch. I hope this location keeps doing what they are doing and I will be back.

I went thru their drive thru today. I placed an order and had checked their app for deals or discounts. There was a $5 off $25 order coupon. So when I got to the window the cashier gave me my total which was well over the $25 so I asked her if I could use the QR code. She scanned it then she swiped my card and handed me my receipt. After looking at it I realized the discount didn't come off. So I questioned her about it. She turned around to ask a manager about it to which the manager said oh she's already paid there's nothing we can do about it. She also said that the coupon didn't work because I didn't order the right kind of items. To which I explained that the discount was $5 off of a $25 order and didn't have any specifications like that. At this point I could tell how uncomfortable the cashier was getting having to repeat everything this lady was saying to me. There was also a line behind me so I took my order from the girl and then they shut the window in my face so I left. Once I got home I called to try to get the managers name to which I was then hung up on. I myself work in management and would never treat a customer that way. The manager was disrespectful and ignorant. She has no customer service skills and showed poor leadership in my opinion. The cashier was very nice and tried to help before being shut down by this womab. I proceeded to do their survey and unfortunately had to leave a bad review. My issue is more of how I was treated vs losing the $5 discount. But that $5 to someone else could have been a make or break situation. I will not be returning to this location.

Don't even bother coming here until the remodel is done. I ordered the double bacon and mushroom and got a sandwich with barely any cheese and mushrooms on the very top patty only. Bottom of burger was dry between the patties was missing it's cheese. My son's hamburger has the smallest dabble of ketchup on it and they didn't give him his toy with his kids meal. And my wife's JBC was also skimped out on. We had to pull forward and wait for that? How does a hamburger resteraunt go 0/3 making hamburgers.

Can’t believe y’all charge over $3 for baconator fries! Cold, food not as described and small portion!! ? a slice of bacon on the side of small cold fries and nacho cheese sauce! Wtf The owner needs to refund me
The fairmont wv Wendy's has an amazing selection ? of food and right now they have the crabby patty special. They have the most polite staff. There area is always supper clean and when there is a mess[rarely] they have someone on the job cleaning. I recommend coming.

The food was as expected however the service was subpar. The cashier was nice but she literally stated to us customers that she could only take one order at a time as to not get confused. I'm sorry but if you're working fast food you have to be able to take multiple orders at once. I could only imagine how backed up they would be if there was a lunch rush.

Whole place clean she girl was new and so sweet and even gave my son a sample of the frosty and also gave my kid some toys and overall kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good and and overall was great
