Pretty sad when you spend 45.50 on food .
2 singles we asked to leave off the mustard , ketchup and mayo asked for a pack of BBQ sauce instead wanted to charge 53 cents for it .Yes I know its only 53 cents but damn I saved you that much by not putting mustard , ketchup and mayo on 2 sandwiches. Where is my savings for that.
Definitely my last 45.bucks spent at Wendy's.

Went through the drive through and ordered a regular coke and a coke zero. I am diabetic and cannot have sugar. I asked which one was which and got told “I dont know, your ganna have to drink them to find out lowkey i dont know.” I told her i was diabetic and cannot have sugar and her response was “i dont know.” Absolutely disgusted.

Atmosphere – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
This Wendy’s location stands out for its bright, modern, and impressively clean atmosphere. The natural lighting from the large windows gives the dining area an open, inviting feel. The seating was organized and spotless, and the drink station was tidy and well-maintained. The entire place gives off a vibe that management and staff genuinely care about the store’s appearance and cleanliness. It almost feels more like a café than a fast food joint!
Service – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
Service was solid overall. When I walked in, the crew was actively working, though no one greeted me right away. I stood at the counter for about a minute before anyone acknowledged me—possibly because they assumed I was a DoorDash driver. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Once I ordered, the food came out quickly and correctly… sort of. I asked for a Dave’s Single but was given a Double instead—a happy accident in this case. If it had gone the other way around, it would’ve been frustrating. That said, everything else was smooth and efficient.
Food – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
The burger was hot, fresh, and nicely put together. The double patty was juicy, the bun was soft, and the toppings were crisp. The fries, while flavorful, were just a touch underwhelming—lacking that extra crispness and heat that really makes them pop. Still good, just not as fresh as I’d hoped. The Tangerine Twist lemonade, however, was a refreshing bonus.
Final Thoughts:
This is definitely one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. The modern, clean interior and solid food quality make it a great spot for a quick meal. Minor hiccups in service and fry freshness keep it from being a full 5 stars, but it’s close. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to others passing through Fairmont.

There was literally a dead fly on my burger, best they could do was replace the burger. No refund or anything. Check your food, my dudes.

So tonight I ordered Wendy's through the Wendy's app. When my food gets here, the are no burgers at all. Just fries and frosty. I can the numbers cause even through I ordered on the app it says I have to call door dash. I call them and they inform me that they can't do anything because I ordered on the Wendy's app and they don'thave my billinginformation. So I call there 1800 number and surprise they are closed. So I call the store were I get told to come to the store. I don't have a car the point of having it delivered. We'll there's nothing we can do. Hmm so your telling me that I'm just out 45 dollars because you can't help me. Not unless you can come. Starting yelling at me cause I asked who can I talk to to get it fixed and she said you're only getting it fixed if you come in the store. Again I say I don't have a car point of delivery! She started yelling and then hung up. All she really had to say was I don't know how to fix it could you call and speak with so and so in the morning or can I have a dayshift manager call you. But no that's not what happened and thank god I didn't have a car cause the way she spoke to me, I very much would have showed up and showed out. I'm really sick of how things get messed up and no one wants to take a moment to try and fix a problem that any MANAGER should be shown to fix...especially when you know about the order cause when I originally called it was the dasher pulled off. So she knew and still told me to call door dash and pushed me to a place I should not have been in the first place.

Honestly worth going to just for the experience. It’s pretty much a joke. Once the person in the drive thru was vaping and blowing smoke out the drive thru window

The burger pattie was hard and the nuggets was over cooked . The only thing worth eating was the fries surprisingly.
