Google and the restaurant says open until 11, king street was closed but at least they didn’t let me place a mobile order at 1020. I drove to this location instead since their app said they were open as well and took my money, we get to this location and employees had headsets on outside , doing nothing. I am very displeased, we went way out of our way for nothing.

Been coming here for years, never had a bad meal. Have breakfast here once a week, service is good, lobby is clean, staff (especially Tara) doesn't mind waiting on you and are very courteous and pleasant to deal with, unlike the golden arches right down the street.

Spent 23$ and some change on 3 orders of cold old fries and 2 unsweet teas. (They were out of sweet tea). When she told me the price, I thought she had the wrong order. At that cost, it should at the very least be freshly made.

I waited at the drive thru for 10 plus minutes. I placed a small order and it should have been finished by the time the person's order ahead of me was fixed. The manager or who ever she was, was rude and uses foul language. Avoid this BK!!

The manager at this location is always doing her best job and I can really appreciate that!
25-30 minutes for a whopper was told to pull to the front and wait for tots had to go in and remind them I was still waiting and they had forgotten when there was no one else in the store or drive thru. There were 5 staff members I could see just absolutely rude and ignorant laughing as I was aggravated. Just ridiculous these days.
