I don’t usually do reviews on places but this place is no good. Never coming back after what I witnessed the other night. Only three people working and all of them looked no older than sixteen??? No manager on shift. Lobby packed and one worker stuck in drive through. Waited roughly FIFTEEN MINUTES for me and my husband’s two blizzards. Handed to us by what appeared to be the only girl in the kitchen in tears. Get this place some real management

Some of the worst workers I've ever seen came in here with another customer we're having a scream to the back because they're back there joking and laugh and there's like four of them standing in the back just awful drink machine tea wasn't even turned on customer had to do it ourselves you would expect better especially when they've been open for half an hour

Waited a while for our ice cream and 4/6 of our ice cream was melted and destroyed. The cashier was horribly rude and wouldn’t answer our questions and when we asked if she could do anything about our melted ice cream she said nothing and made us pay for another ice cream.

3 melted blizzards the girl at the front so mean and rude asked can I at least get a napkin and she said we don't have napkins here so crazy

Food is disgusting, makes the DQ on North Queen St. Look like a Queen. My burgers, and cheese curds were rubbery, my onion rings were absolutely rock hard, the chilli dog was tasted like it sat there forever, and my milkshake was melted. Cmon you guys there need to do better. Maybe this is why people give you guys at this location a hard time. But don't fight fire with fire and be like whatever they got smart with me so I'm giving them nasty food that's not how this works. You are FOOD SERVICE WORKERS for a reason give me GOOD SERVICE THATS WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO. Next time don't dig in the garbage and give me my food that way because the way it tasted and looked, looked like it came straight from the garbage. I NEED A REFUND ASAP.

We had the double burgers for the first time. They are amazing

5 stars because of the red head girl working tonight! While it did take some time to get my order, I was so impressed watching her tirelessly run back and forth. At one point, she was carrying 2-4 cups of ice cream at once LOL . She was clearly doing her best to get all the orders out, and her speed and dedication really stood out. Compared to the rest of the team, who seemed to be moving at a normal pace! Truly an impressive effort.

Short staffed. Long wait. And saw many health code violations. Employee made 4 banana splits with no gloves on when preparing orders

Incredibly expensive for what it is, and they charge you every little thing…even condiments. We ordered hot dogs and were charged 70 cents to add a squirt of mustard to it. On another occasion we ordered “pup cups” for our dogs and were charged $4 for a tiny 1 oz ramekin. The service is incredibly lacking as well, they always seem inconvenienced and annoyed when you are simply trying to order.

I waited in the drive through about 30 minutes before actually ordering. And then another 15 minutes after ordering to get my food. I thought it was a safe assumption that my food would be at least warm. No. All of that time and my fries taste like they were cooked in the microwave and on top of that they're COLD. And never mind whatever that is on top of my box. Oh, and thank you for the single napkin. Next time I'll drive the extra miles to N. Queen St. because they would never do this!

Dont go to this establishment if you have a southern accent, they will make fun of you, try to mimic you and laugh while doing so. I felt very discriminated upon being i was a visitor to WV from NC.
