5 stars because of the red head girl working tonight! While it did take some time to get my order, I was so impressed watching her tirelessly run back and forth. At one point, she was carrying 2-4 cups of ice cream at once LOL . She was clearly doing her best to get all the orders out, and her speed and dedication really stood out. Compared to the rest of the team, who seemed to be moving at a normal pace! Truly an impressive effort.

Short staffed. Long wait. And saw many health code violations. Employee made 4 banana splits with no gloves on when preparing orders

Incredibly expensive for what it is, and they charge you every little thing…even condiments. We ordered hot dogs and were charged 70 cents to add a squirt of mustard to it. On another occasion we ordered “pup cups” for our dogs and were charged $4 for a tiny 1 oz ramekin. The service is incredibly lacking as well, they always seem inconvenienced and annoyed when you are simply trying to order.

I waited in the drive through about 30 minutes before actually ordering. And then another 15 minutes after ordering to get my food. I thought it was a safe assumption that my food would be at least warm. No. All of that time and my fries taste like they were cooked in the microwave and on top of that they're COLD. And never mind whatever that is on top of my box. Oh, and thank you for the single napkin. Next time I'll drive the extra miles to N. Queen St. because they would never do this!

Dont go to this establishment if you have a southern accent, they will make fun of you, try to mimic you and laugh while doing so. I felt very discriminated upon being i was a visitor to WV from NC.

I am not even wanting to rate a 1 star. I repeated my order twice. They still messed it uo I arrived back to work to find this out and had to return to the store location as noone answered the 2 calls I sent. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Won't return

Everytime i go here i have 2 or 3 people trying to take my order over top of each other. I got ice cream cupcakes out of the fridge which i didn’t eat till i got home and both of them tasted like gasoline 🤢 The service is terrible very impatient and rude. I have tried to give it a chance a few times but each time it has been a bad experience. Management needs to step it up.

This place needs shut down immediately! Do not go here and reading the comments everything horrible about this place is true, I ordered 4 tenders and fries I asked could they please make sure my fries where hot they failed to do that so i asked for fresh fries and the manger Noah argued with me stating they just came up and i respectfully told him they could not have because how cold they’re he finally says just pull up they’ll bring them out I was respectful and professional the whole time, i waited for my fries to come out i try the tender and the feel of them was like they came out of a freezer i thought it might have been the sauce so i broke a tiny piece off and the wear meat wasn’t even white so i potentially asked for a refund Noah takes the bag and then opens the window up to say he could not refund me for eating half the food I began to say I broke off a little piece that is not eating nothing at all how could have I eaten any of it the food was so disgusting and cold o wouldn’t give it to my dog and he still refused to give me my money back and shut the window and my face and walked away i would starve first before I ever come back here Noah doesn’t want a check at all how nasty he is as human cooperate needs to be called ASAP there’s just no way this place should even be open!!!

Worst service at a DQ you will ever experience. Employees activity demonstrate how annoyed they are by customers. Wait time is typically +15 minutes for fast food and half the time the order is wrong/incomplete.

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and mistakes were made for starters my FIL had to get them them to put 10th on it when he picked it up because "they forgot" to write it down also asked for extra buttercream and didn't get it it honestly looks like they reused an old cake cause it the cardboard was so soggy and it was just overall done poorly. I usually go to hagerstwon but choose this location cause it's closer but will never go back for the amount you pay absolutely ridiculous.
