Service is nice, but the staff is overwhelmed. This is most likely due to the horrible food at the Falling Waters location. This is the only decent location closer to me. Martinsburg, off 9, is the BEST!

The food and drinks were as always good. However the staff were at best rude. I felt heartily sorry the kid on the register. It was his first day and he didn’t get any support. The manager Brandy sighed and said give me a break when the kid asked for help. Brandy also ignores very poor hygiene standards that may be acceptable in the USA. The girl preparing my drink was eating a donut in one hand while doing my drink. So I probably got free crumbs in my order . Extremely poor management that will eventually affect the brand name

You really need to get better people to work in there they're the slowest as can be you can hear them talk on their headphones all the time joking around not doing their job they could get stuff done faster if they stop joking around all the time and do their job you set in drive through for 10 minutes or longer. Need to get better Management in there.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to actually respond to the drive-through intercom when they finally responded, very rude. One car in the parking lot one car at the drive-through window to say they didn’t wanna work today. Zero customer service very disappointed I needed a coffee.

This has to be the most terribly run Dunkin I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Even if it's understaffed, the lead worker was yelling and screaming and having a crashout during the entire ordeal. Never again.
If I could give this place a zero I would . Coffee is always so nasty . The bottom of the cup always filled with sugar like there to dame lazy to mix it . Coffee always taste old and burnt . Won’t be coming back to this location again .

I have been driving out of my way to this Dunkin since I moved to Maryland. Coffee is always good, drive through is quick, and the order takers seem very nice. Never had an issue!
