Our first experience the service was incredibly slow, it took over 30 minutes to receive two drinks. I understand places are busy, so we overlooked this. On our next visit the store was empty. When we entered the workers clearly saw us, but ignored us. Once we finally got their attention they informed us that we needed to order on the kiosks. We told them we were paying with cash and the kiosk says card only, they sighed and rolled their eyes at this. After all this we were not able to use our $50. The workers here always seemed to be annoyed, and the service is incredibly slow. I would recommend the Dunkin’ in Falling Waters over this one.

Service is extremely slow. I am not sure where or when these other people come here it doesn’t matter if they are busy or slow it takes them a while everytime. Unacceptable and the owners should look into hiring more people for busier times of the day. Today was a 18 minute wait in the drive thru and I ordered by the app.

Been here a few times and haven't had any issues. The employees are pleasant and good at getting food out in a timely manner.
This is my regular spot I stop everyday for a coffee before work. Employees are always nice and kind and are well trained to get driveway moving along. Great location right off I-81.

10/20/24 - went to reward my kids & ordered via app. We were served raw bacon and untoasted bagel - one kid gagged on tough bagel (had to pull over on highway) other couldn’t eat because raw bacon. Store knows this, I’m warning everyone else. Ask store for refund they said not possible since I used app n to call corporate. Called corporate twice now & they say stores responsibility since privately owned, nothing they can do. Store manager is avoiding fixing this, hasn’t reached out but claims to corporate he has through his private email. Customer beware - private stores are totally capable of screwing you over if you use the mobile app, the way things seem private stores can do whatever they want, take whatever they want and Dunkin Donuts can’t do anything about it.

The drinks are always good but why does my food always taste like soap. Only at this dunkin, every time i try to order food it tastes like it was thrown in a sanitizer bucket and dehydrated before giving it to me. I’ve stopped ordering food here until I know the problem is fixed. This definitely can’t be safe.

Every single time i go here they forget to put whip cream on my drinks, forgotten multiple times to add parts to sandwiches, (bacon for a breakfast sandwich, EGGS, ect) They are always understaffed which seems unfair to many of the younger workers who try very hard. Management needs to do better, they have good workers who are in an unfair situation.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time today, August 18. They fired every staff member in there and hired new people every last one do not know how to do their job. It’s almost pathetic.My grandkids could do a better job. I will never go back.
