This location is better than any other nearby Dunkin but that’s sadly not saying too much. High quality food and beverage but very slow and somewhat unpleasant staff. One time I waited at the drive thru for fifteen minutes with no greeting and when I politely asked if everything was ok, the employee yelled at me that it was only her and an old lady working and she was doing what she could.

I ordered a hot tea with sugar and cream. My husband ordered hot coffee with 6 sugars and 6 creams. I got hot MINT tea with MILK and CREAM and my husband received ZERO sugar in his coffee. I didn’t think our order was so difficult but clearly it was. I do not care for mint at all so I’m stuck with it taking up space in my cup holder for the next 7 hours of our trip. Hubby has to drink his coffee to stay awake but it’s obviously not what he ordered. It just is ridiculous that we can’t even get a simple order of hot tea and coffee. Oh and there’s tea floating all in it and it’s green but I’m not sure if it’s getting picked up in my picture.

It’s no wonder the drive thru is as slow as they are. They need to tell people that have big orders and large mobile orders to go inside. Waiting 20 mins for a cup of coffee is just ridiculous. Shame this place used to be good. Will be going to the spring location from now on.

Coffees hot, and the donuts are always delicious. Staff was very welcoming.
Ordered a refresher with green tea, was told their green tea doesn’t have caffeine which I knew wasn’t true but I didn’t want to argue. I then changed my order to one of the energy drinks. It was completely seperate and not mixed. Then I saw I was charged for both drinks. When asked for a refund on the drink I didn’t order/recieve, she went to her manager and told her manager I had ordered both…. She then went to get cash out of the drawer… it was $3.89 plus .50 for lemonade. She hands me 3 dollar bills and 50 cents. 🫠 I then calmly said it’s 3.89 + .50 … she gives me coins 😆🤦🏻♀️ we just left. I literally can’t believe the people who get hired nowadays.

I’ve Al way loved Dunkin but the service and professionalism at the Dunkin in Falling Waters is absolutely awful I was a regular customer but after today,no more! My Caramel Latte was so strong that I had to run to the bathroom at least 5 times after consuming the coffee plus my bagel and cream cheese was served cold when I requested for it to be warmed and this is not the first time this has happened so after today I won’t be going to Dunkin for a long long time!

I frequent my hagerstown dunkins so I know what to expect and let me tell you if I wasn't going to be late for work I would have turned right around and thanked them in person! I've never had a wake up wrap so soft and perfect! Most other dunkins have dry crunchy tortillas and stale hasbrowns. It made my day and i'm still thinking about it a week later. I might drive out of my way just to have better food!
I may have had to wait an extra minute for my food compared to other dunkins but it was so so good I would gladly have waited even longer!

Absolutely worst dunkin ever. Have tried stopping multiple times. Same issues, over 20 minutes to get a drink that is rarely right either. Go somewhere else unless its a last resort if I were you
